This place has been nothing but problems since it was bought by Avenue Living... It's a waste of your money. Customer service is awful and the staff they hired for the office is rude and takes off whatever days she feels like without communicating that the office will be closed.
So this place runs on a 28 day cycle, even though there is only one month of the year that runs a 28 day cycle and that is February.... so no matter what they ding you late fee's. Not everyone gets a storage unit because they have money. They get them because they have already lost everything already and they are just trying not to lose their life.....

terrible business. They rented me an already rented space, the. wanted me to travel 6hrs to move my trailer. They fixed that issue. When I checked out they didn't enter my move out and charged me an extra month. All these issues the guy blames on his call center then defends then tells me it my fault for using the call center. I have only been renting for a week now, but so far I can say that the service has been great. The receptionist was very friendly and she got me in immediately to see what size storage unit that would work for me. I was set up in no time. As for my actual storage unit....the lighting is perfect, it is nicely heated and the keypad gated security is absolutely wonderful. In addition the whole place is very very clean all around!! Big thumbs up!

I was looking for a storage yard for my boat so I decided on the local Mini Mall Storage. Ashley and Angela were so friendly and helpful when I stopped in at the office to sign the rental agreement. The bonus part was that Mini Mall Storage was a sponsor in a local event that I participated in and I like giving back to businesses that do that.

Definitely really appreciated the lady that I dealt with in the office no question was to big or small for her to find the answers and help us make the decisions. Then when the cold snapped hit she was right there with us helping us make sure we could get in and out of our unit. This lady is a hidden gem for sure
