I recently requested a jump-start service, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The technician who arrived spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way, repeatedly telling me not to “waste his time,” even though I was just trying to understand the process and make a safe decision about my car. What made this worse is that the way he spoke to me felt discriminatory and racially biased. His tone and attitude made me feel judged and disrespected rather than supported.
A real thief. He told me it would be $300 over the phone, but when I got to the garage, it suddenly became $580. I was furious and felt completely ripped off.
This people left me stranded night time in - 10 degrees in a ditch. They didn't bother to come for 7 km outside Medicine Hat without me giving them a credit card nr.over the phone. Unfortunately I didn't have one with me at the time but I …
You were very rude and ignorant when you called, with a very bad attitude. There was no way that I was going to take a chance spending an hour to help you and not get paid, plus, I had other polite, patient, paying customers to help when you called.
An absolute crook! I was only 30 minutes from Medicine Hat. This towing service charged me 570 dollars just to be pulled out of the ditch, which I was only about 10 feet in on a fairly smooth ledge in maybe 6 inches to a foot of snow . He …

Huge thanks to Nathan for saving me yesterday when my truck wouldn’t start just before leaving to go camping for the weekend! He came as soon as I called to tow my truck to the garage. He was fast, friendly and reasonably priced!
Nathan truly helped us out of a nightmare situation last night - stuck on the side of the road with my family on the number 1 highway 50km from Medicine Hat. He arrived promptly, was calm and personable, which was really welcome as we were very stressed. He also connected us to a mechanic in the city, which was amazing as most shops are closed on this holiday Monday. Really appreciate his help, can’t recommend him enough!
Nathan came highly recommended from friends that have used his services, and he didn't disappoint. The starter went on my pos Jeep, and he got it out of there. Went above and beyond by making sure it was dropped off and moved into the right spot, despite the iciness of the parking lot we were dropping it in, and the slip hazard. Most tow truck operators would have just dropped it and left me to deal with it, so I'm very greatful. Thanks Nathan!
We are from out of town. Nathan picked us up on a weekend outside of Medicine Hat. He helped us find the part we needed for our van and fixed it himself. He was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
