If I could give 0 starts I would. Hired via Bellhop to move from home to Texas. In the process a Rolex and Gucci watch were stolen from our personal items. The THEFT was reported directly to bellhop and your certificate of Insurance was provided straight to us to file a claim on your insurance. We know exactly which EZ movers was contracted to move our things. So have fun reporting to google because your movers STOLE our things. I had several attempts to reach out directly with no response
We do not know who you are. This must be for another ez movers company. We have been moving the city of new orleans for 15 years and have never stolen from anyone and never would. If this was us I'm sure the police would have been called if this were true.
The movers were over an hour late. There was no apology or explanation given, nor did they call ahead of time to let me know. Additionally, their website needs to be updated: it does not state that any move involving stairs requires a minimum of 3 hours. I only booked 2 movers for 2 hours (because the website does not inform you that 3 hours are required), three showed up and there was never an instance where all 3 were actively working. Honestly, I feel ripped off and disappointed.
I set a appointment online for my move. I got a confirmation email the same day. The day of the move no one came. No response even after calling and calling! I left voicemails and emails that were all unanswered. Very unprofessional!! I do not recommend them at all!! Please don’t make the same mistake I did trusting this company!
They never showed up. I called it was not the number to the actual business but a worker. He tried to help by giving me the owner number. He never answered or called back. 😒 I would not recommend. …
I will give kudos first and foremost that Roge and his team booked with me last minute and were accommodating in that aspect. He and his guys were very polite But, they were an hour late and I only had my truck for 2 hours bc I did not have a lot left to move. I had to put most of my things into my truck and return it late. The quote I had received but it was never processed (not their fault) was extremely different than what I paid. I asked for 2 mover for 2 hours.
First off we are shocked by this review! We were an hour late which is true but you booked us last minute and you were located in Mandeville and we are in New Orleans. We had to do a workaround with another customer so we srtarted their job then left so we could do yours then came back to them to…

They took extra precautions to ensure that nothing was damaged during the move, and their attention to detail was impressive. Having a moving business of my own, there are several things I look for when working with other companies furnishing laborers for a move. The guy they sent me on a unique moving operation in the New Orleans area was personable and good to work with. I'm going to say 5 stars because the set-up was great and the reliability of EZ's representative was wonderful.
