I had a terrible experience with his company. I already wrote a review, but they did not put it online. They left furniture that I needed and they brought furniture they weren’t supposed to. They did not have any tools with them and had to borrow them from my husband wanted a U-Haul truck which wasn’t big enough and I had to pay for it in the end they were like, but they were to do the job OK irreplaceable figurines for damage as well as the chairs for my dining room I never saw a receipt and the complaining.

I am shocked by all of the positive reviews. I am however, happy that people did not have the same experience we did. We have cameras in the home for our small children. They turned our cameras around on multiple occasions. We’d put them back and they’d move them again. This is NOT okay.. and of course, we do have video proof of this. This is so sneaky and we should honestly receive some our payment back for the blatant disrespect.

EZ Moving was incredibly helpful and careful with my items. They moved all my things from a 1-BR to a townhouse with ease. There were several challenges due to my building’s super strict move-out rules and with handymen still doing work in the new house upon arrival, yet they had can-do attitudes thru it all. I am so pleased with their hard work and their pleasant attitudes, especially on a day where I was pretty stressed by the whole concept of moving and adjusting when things did not go according to plan.
I have nothing but good things to say about this team! The cost of service was extremely fair and affordable compared to other moving companies, and the movers were fast and safe with my items. Ez Moving & Storage recently helped me move out of a townhouse studio size basement with roommates in Bristow, VA, to a new place in Columbus, OH!
I had a mostly great experience with EZ Moving. Short story: I wouldn't recommend them for unpacking—but EZ Moving is a good option for packing, loading and unloading. The details: I called about 3 weeks before my move and was able to schedule packing and moves dates easily. I was a little worried about how things would go, since the confirmation was informal (no deposit/invoice/estimate). I wanted a full-service move with packing, loading, unloading, and unpacking. The move went mostly well.
