We contacted Jordan Kitt's Music to have an older upright piano that we received tuned and evaluated for further repairs. The technician showed up late and stated that he didn't want to work on our piano even though we were upfront about the make and model we needed serviced. He did the bare minimum and then recommended that we should just buy a new piano altogether because the work to replace certain parts would be too difficult. We won't be using this service again.
I live near this store and drive by each day, I play guitar mostly but a little piano on the side. Id never been to this store so I dropped in just to check the place out and see if they had guitar equipment. I was just walking around a bit and started playing around with one of the pianos and the sales guy came over and stood like 5 feet away and just starred at me and didn't introduce himself.
Don’t do business with them! I scheduled a piano tuning service with them, the tuner Robin just DIDN’T SHOW! After waiting for one and a half hours (plus half an hour standing in the lobby to help he in), he told me he couldn’t come. Is that the right way to do the business?

This was the third store we went to when looking to buy a piano. It is considerably better than the other two. I would recommend it as your first and last stop if you were in the market for a piano. Kenny, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and their capabilities. The delivery process was simple, easy, and on time. Highly recommend.
We had great experience with Brad and Catherine here. They walked us through everything and helped us chose a reasonable piano for our daughter. Delivery was fast and done very responsibly by the store. Overall and so far, a great experience
