While the movers were nice I was disappointed. The move started off on the wrong foot as there was miscommunication with the process and what should have taken place prior to the move didn’t. The movers were not prepared, started off fast but slowed down very quickly. They argued a lot and spent a lot of wasted time rearranging the truck etc. which of course cost me as it’s an hourly charge.

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with My Pro Movers. My appointment window was clearly scheduled from 1–3 PM, yet the estimator (Joseph) showed up at 12 PM, a full hour early, when I was not home. When I explained the agreed appointment time, instead of apologizing for arriving early, he responded rudely and said he would “wait there” until I rushed back home. I felt pressured to hurry and even apologized myself yet he never apologized for his mistake.
Navruz They scratched and broke all my furniture, they didn't cover it up and I tipped them $ 60 because I was leaving the furniture outside and on top of that I wanted 5 star better find two people from the streets they are more professional

Manuel and Elvin were absolutely amazing! This was our first time hiring movers, and they made the entire experience so easy and stress-free. We moved from an apartment with 3 flights of stairs into our new townhome, and despite all those stairs, they worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. They took great care of all of our belongings, were professional throughout the entire move, and did an amazing job from start to finish. There were no surprise charges or extra fees, which I really appreciated.

Many thanks to Paulo and his crew for their professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness to my requests. I have used MyProMovers several times in the past and as recent as 6 months ago. Unfortunately my repeat customer care policy must have expired on the morning of this move because the office reneged on my 4 man $229/hr estimate and sent me 5 men at $299/hr without my consent. Needless to say I was disappointed with their decision but stuck with the heftier price.
