Overall, great experience. The unit was as advertised, I've never had any problems getting assistance with any of my issues, and the price was decent. Renting the unit was easy, as was cancelling the rental when the unit was no longer needed.
My experience was excellent! Jordan (I know I did not spell his name correctly) was patient and explained everything. I cannot wait until I can move my items. I believe that I will have a wonderful future as a customer of EZ-Storage. Thank you
Everything went as expected. We were pleased with everything. The young man at the desk was very helpful. The only thing they could use is more carts because people are constantly trying to find them or get them from you.
