I stored my personal belongings at this facility for 3½ years. Unfortunately, when I moved out on June 2, 2026, the experience ended on a very disappointing note. The staff member I spoke with had a rude, dismissive tone and behaved in an unprofessional manner that was completely unnecessary. After being a long-term customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I left feeling disrespected.
Upstairs units extremely hot. No fans or anything. Do not recommend in the summer time. Also pay attention to your contract. They are gonna try to book you on a price to get u into a contract then without telling you. Then boom outta no where they gone say your bill is readjusted and now you owe them some regular rate you didn’t know about. Probably double the price. So they can rip u off and recoupe the money from the other months. Shady business practices. Stick to the usuals public storage etc..

Shop around for better prices. Other facilities have better prices. Be aware of their stupid policy. They only prorate your fee going in. You are not prorated going out. If you move out at the beginning of the month you will be charged for the entire month.

Rude and over priced. I was given a Veteran discount when I first got the unit. When I asked why the rent has gone up again, I was told there is no more Veterans discount. So all the Veterans, I would suggest another storage facility.

Stored my furniture here for six months while renovating. Everything came out exactly how it went in, no moisture or dust issues. The whole place was incredibly clean every time I visited. The girls at the desk were very helpful and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. Thanks!

My things were in storage for nearly 2 years, never had an issue with rodents or bugs getting into my things, the facility was clean at all times. The staff is also super friendly and very helpful, I would absolutely recommend this location.
