They broke a brand new 75 inch TV, but because I didn’t have time to hook it up until after 24 hours after the move, they will not cover the replacement cost. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO MOVE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES. They missed my house 3 times driving around for 25 minutes then want to charge me an extra 273 for the hour it took them to figure out how to park. These people are not professional and the reviews online are fabricated. Very inexperienced movers. Go somewhere else.
Horrible!! They refused to let owners of the building use the elevator while they were working. They physically threatened me and used verbal insults and profanity when I asked them again to release the elevator so that my Disabled wife …
I was not satisfied with the service provided by this company. I requested a quote to move a large item and they advised that they had to review the property for a quote. They advised it would happen the next day and then for three days I heard nothing from them. Then they replied and advised they were out of town for a few days. It would have been nice to know that while I am waiting to arrange for a big life changing event.
The Worst! They don't know how to pack a truck. They didn't wrap anything. They left a bunch of stuff at the old house that easily would have fit on the truck (small stuff) and told me to move it myself. My car was full. The most stressful move I've ever had. I had to call their boss to get the rest of my stuff moved. I have never needed a 5 ton truck to move, such poor packing. Will never use this company again. (Moved Dec 2021)
OMG worst nightmare ever A lot of damage to high-end furniture Torn corners on 2 couches from pushing on truck deck ,scuffed leather, ruined mattress full of slivers and threads pulled from pushing on truck deck Oak cabinets and oak desk chipped And then they say "what fountain " So apparently they steal too And all this cost me $4100. My wife and I recently moved from Kamloops to Vernon and had previously booked movers to assist. Unfortunately 2 days prior to our move date those movers called and cancelled on us due to a personal emergency. I called Jason at Ezzy Moving and without hesitation he said he would have a crew come assist us. The crew showed up on time (actually two minutes early) and they were extremely professional and personable. Our belongings were moved without damage and Ezzy moving made the moving experience stress free.
1000% loved these guys. Showed up and and started in like machines. The storage locker, the gradge, and the house. Three stops and three drop offs. They blanked wrapped almost everything except the totes. Super professional and friendly. The owner showed up and made sure I was happy with the move, then he gave me the bill which was under the original estimate. Really suggest you use these guys, so happy with my move.
These guys came through in a jam for me. Literally tried to do everything they could to help. Very professional and organized. Handled my furniture with care. Very personable. I would highly recommend their services if you want fair pricing and great customer service
Ezzy moving movers were very nice, fast and efficient. They moved all our big furniture with care and ease. If you're looking for a fast, friendly and efficient moving company then I highly recommend Ezzy Moving for all you've moving needs.
