A follow up to my previous review as I go through my stuff unpacking it just gets worse. On top of my dining table getting damaged with no one to come and review the damages my weight plates were removed and no longer work when stacking them. It’s frustrating to still be dealing with stuff after this move. I’m grateful but disappointed in the service.

We got a quote for a 2 bedroom home with some nice furniture ! I will say , and these people will waste your time they tried to quotes us $5700 plus 600 for insurance for a 7 mile move! Do not waster your time or energy calling this company this is a joke a complete joke We have moved over 13 times usually with a 5 bedroom home as our kids have gone on thier own and we even moved to Arizona and Colorado from alburquerqie and still managed to spend less thus this most ridiculous quote I have ever had faith moving…
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

We just had two very nice and very professional gentlemen move some heavy furniture from one house to another. They were meticulous with packing each piece and were efficient and careful. Communication was great! On time too!!! All arrangements were made by phone, with call-backs from the owner and scheduler to verify dates, times, pick up and delivery destinations.Thank you so much Faith Moving Company.
Appreciate the thoughtful review! Great to hear our team’s care, and communication made such a strong impression. Being on time and keeping things efficient is always our goal. Thanks for trusting us with your move. Always grateful for the opportunity to help!
This is long overdue, but two years later I still feel immense gratitude to Faith Moving for getting me here. I was living alone in a house I had been in for over a decade and ended up in the hospital the week prior to my move. Faith Moving was understanding about rescheduling last minute and the day of blew me away! Each young man was incredibly professional and kind; taking excellent care of my belongings but also very personable.
I am absolutely grateful to hear that you are still thinking about us after all these years. We started this business to help people and hearing about your experience gives us all the motivation we need to keep up the good work for people like you.
I had a fantastic experience working with Faith Moving Company and easily recommend them! I live in Seattle and needed some sentimental MCM furniture moved from Albuquerque to Seattle. I explored so many options, and talked to many companies in Albuquerque the just gave me an icky, sales pitch. Thanks to Google, I stumbled upon Faith and spoke with David, who was kind, straightforward, and suggested an option I hadn't considered: hire them to pack an U-Pack cube for me. That is exactly what I did.
Always thrilled to hear our move went so smoothly! It’s great knowing everything arrived in perfect shape for you and that our team could help go above and beyond with such an important move. Thanks for sharing your experience, we’re glad we could make the process just a little easier.
I don't even know where to begin! From the very beginning, Dylan was in communication with us and answered all of our questions. He even offered us the option of contacting him evenings and weekends if necessary to ask questions. He was very pleasant on the phone and when he came to give us an estimate. He contacted me a few more times to be sure we were still accurate on our box count so we would be certain to have the right size moving van. The crew on moving day was AMAZING!
Thank you so much for this review and giving us the opportunity to help with this big transition. We're always going to do our best and especially when mistakes happen we want to make sure we make it right!
