This company is a complete rip off. He kept upping the quote of my estimate and insisted that I needed three men when I knew two could cover the job. They tell you the time starts when the truck gets to the first site however the small print he doesn't mention that you have to pay for the truck to travel to you and back to their shop on top of a gas surcharge. He doesn't put that in the quote so at the end of the experience it's almost double the price that he quoted. On top of that I had items missing.

We recently used this company for our move. The owner "Frank" and his team staff members were great and friendly people. Frank worked with us through several appointment scheduling and rescheduling. He was very adept at trying his best to get us moved on a short and tight schedule. The move was from a "Full 3 Bedroom house" to another house. So, now that you are aware of our experience, maybe it will help you with your decision on a moving service, salute!

When I first called this company the office staff was really professional and helpful. The day of my move the workers showed up, they were good they got stuff done. They were slow they took a few more breaks and they probably should have. The office staff had informed me when I first started that they believed two workers would be enough and then it would take probably about three hours.

We are sorry you feel that way. We estimated your move based on the information you provided. Unfortunately, when our crew arrived, you were not prepared. Our crew members and staff take pride in everything we do.

BEWARE!! Greedy swindling owner Moving in its self is taxing and stressful not to mention expensive. My husband and I have had to move 5 times in 7 years across different states, and have hired movers along the way so our move coming up would be no different. We reached out to Family First Movers. A friendly voice answered the phone and introduced himself as Frank, the owner. He then proceeded with questions about the details of our move so he could give us an accurate quote. He quoted right around $500.

If you want to pay a lot of money for movers that damage your furniture and walls and fight and curse and use racial slurs in front of your small children, this is the company for you. We had a great experience until the movers came. They rushed through the job, dropped a media cabinet onto its front from the loading ramp, because he couldn't wait for another pair of hands after my husband told him it was heavy and should be a 2-person lift.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. We will address this to our crew.

I have found so many items broken with only one reported. I am 76 years old and handicapped. One item was an antique that was simply broken and thrown in the trash. Not even wrapped. Just discarded. Not happy at all. I was pressured by movers to give them a great review. How many more broken items am I going to find? Very expensive. At my age and handicap, how many other broken items am I going to find? I may be old, but not stupid!

Thank You Madelyn. We look forward in servicing soon.

Terrible experience. Do not hire this company. Workers were uninformed from owner as to what to expect. Did not bring any cloth to cover floor or furniture. Dropped pieces of our furniture and dented new hard wood floor. Despot sending pictures of damage and calling owner, we have never heard back. There are professional movers and there are people that will sling your stuff in the door and leave. This experience was the latter.

What satisfied customers point to

THE VERY BEST MOVERS IN LAS VEGAS! I hired Family First for a large moving job… A house full of boxes, many different sizes and weights, as well as furniture, and had them move everything into my storage unit. They were very polite, friendly and professional. They arrived right on time, and completed the large job very quickly. Not only were they fast, they managed to stack the various boxes in such a way that everything fit perfectly in my storage unit. Like a gigantic puzzle.

DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Frank, Rick, Erik and Jarred all made this hard move pleasurable as could be. Frank, the owner, is extremely easy to work with, great with communication, planning and his prices are very fair. His a man of integrity, to wit he reimbursed me for an hour of time that I had paid for and his team did not use without me even having to ask. Rick did an amazing job with handling the moving truck, loading and unloading the items.

Here I am in September, getting ready to move again with the help of Family First and his team. We had a great experience with FF last spring, and now again with our house finally finished. Today I arranged for FF to pack me up, never able to do that before, but so thankful I can this time. I was so stressed, and after the Ricky and Jonathon left, I was so unstressed!

We moved from a 3/2 filled with furniture and boxes. The only "damage" this company caused to anything was a scuff on the wall near the front entry. Considering all the furniture & boxes moved I was okay with it. The initial moving date/time was missed. I was informed approximately ~3 hours before my scheduled move. I was offered the opportunity for them to finish the job the same day if I absolutely needed to be out that day but they would having been starting around 6pm-7pm.
