If I could give them a 0 I would. These guys incorrectly packed our truck. They didn’t remove the legs of the headboard and didn’t secure it appropriately. When we made it to our destination, the new movers stated the truck was packed poorly. As a result, the leg of my headboard broke, then they accused us of rearranging the truck and refused to take responsibility. These guys are not professional. Use at your own risk

The moving crew was on time, entergetic, very professional, and fast. They moved a treadmill! Two big cabinets, large rug, and a mirror. From my house in Baton Rouge to my daughter in New Orleans. They placed the items right where she wanted them and set up the treadmill to operate. The whole process went very well at a reasonable price.

Family Movers came to my rescue when moving to New Orleans from TN last year so I, of course, reached out to them this year when I purchased my new home. Keaton and Brent worked incredibly hard for us for 7 hours today in incredible heat and never lost their polite and positive attitudes! The preparation they did to insure that our belongings were not damaged in anyway was first class. Everything was wrapped in blankets and plastic..extremely careful of floors, walls and doorways moving out and moving in.

The guys were polite and friendly throughout the entire move, making the packing and furniture disassembly feel quick and seamless. Their transparency about pricing and clear communication showed they were knowledgeable, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during a hectic day. The total cost was in line with the estimate, which was almost half the price of some of the other estimates I got. No hidden charges, they were very straightforward.

"I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and answered all my questions promptly. The arrived on time and were incredibly professional and efficient. Brenton and Keaton worked so fast without damaging anything, I was completely amazed! I was also happy that the final cost was the same as the original estimate. They sent a crew to clean out the house, while the guys went to the new house to move everything in. Keaton even pressure washed the house a few days later.
