In their own words
This was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. The movers piled everything in the front living room and did not set nothing up. I had to call the father which he had to come out fix his youngest son mess. I'm also missing a lot of items that is very valuable. When I called the youngest son being very unprofessional advise it's not their problem. Moving forward I have to file a police report in order to get my items. I will post later what was the outcome.

The movers were careful, followed instructions, and placed everything where we asked. The actual work was good. But two things really bothered me: Communication was terrible. They arrived 1.5 hours late. I got a call 15 min before arrival saying they'd be 35 min late, then another call from the owner 45 min after the scheduled time saying they'd just picked up the truck and would be another hour. I left work early to be there on time, so that cost me money.
They were moving me. They broke my furniture. I waited 7 months for them to fix one drawer.. I do not recommend this moving company.. Be careful.

Would’ve happily gave 5 stars, but one of the moving men was extremely rude to me, the only woman in the household, for no reason. I just believe he seen some of my packages and casted judgement on me based on what he saw. Kept giving me attitude and glaring at me. There was one other guy who was a great worker, but I can tell he was getting frustrated because I kept saying “thank you” and he kept saying “you’re welcome” under his breath mad and exhausted. I did feel bad so I stopped saying anything.

Just watched them nearly cause a pile up at the 90/94 junction because they missed their exit and swerved across four lanes of traffic almost into a Target truck and drove over the offramp median. Real winners you’re hiring.

As a new small business owner, I needed a critical piece of equipment relocated from my detached garage to the basement workshop office in my home. At just over 600 pounds, the machine was both heavy and bulky, making this no ordinary move. I had so much stuff to move after my divorce, these guys worked so hard in one of the hottest days we have had in a while. They were friendly and professional. They got it done faster than I could have imagined. They were pricier from other quotes I had gotten, but there were no hidden fees. It was all included.
