Worst move I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and don’t respect the goods/furnishing they’re moving. Damaged the walls in multiple spots due to their carelessness and they were slow which is fine if you’re careful but they weren’t… they also left furniture behind and kicked my boxes and valuables around, literally.
I read all the great reviews online and chose these guys. The move was just harrowing. They broke our coffee table. One guy disassembled our bed and then disappeared, so when we reached our new place the other two guys were alone trying to …

Crew showed up on time, but that was unfortunately the only positive part of this move. This team, led by Henry, was slow, disorganized, and repeatedly did not follow instructions. During the walkthrough, I clearly explained what to move and what to leave behind, yet they still took items I had decided to leave and forgot several things I actually needed moved, including my rug, sound bar, and cleaning supplies. The move itself was painfully slow.

I cannot definitively say Movetastic was responsible, but the timing and circumstances surrounding the theft of over $12,000 worth of belongings from our storage unit raise serious concerns for us personally. Combined with the lack of accountability and overall experience, we no longer feel comfortable recommending them. At minimum, this experience highlighted how important trust, chain of custody, and security are during a move, and unfortunately we were left feeling deeply uneasy afterward.

This company is a SCAM. The move went great, the workers were wonderful. They finished up an hour before the time planned and I paid in full and tipped them accordingly. They hung around and talked for a while after the move and then we …

I’m not really sure why this company has such positive reviews. We hired them for packing and we’ve never been ripped off so badly. They charge by material used which motivates them to use a ton of unnecessary material and get it done …

I hired Movetastic to pack for a move. It took them an hour and a half. We were charged $775. When unpacking I learned that the boxes were 90% paper with overuse of materials + no logic to the packing. Terrible service, comedically bad

Move-tastic! took care of my recent move. Jorge, Darwin, and Luis were my assigned team and they were awesome! They were efficient, professional, and very careful with my stuff. My new apartment was recently painted and had its floors refinished, so I was worried the move would result in scuffs and scrapes. Not an issue at all! They had all the heavy articles properly wrapped and tried their best not to bump into any walls. I really appreciate the care they took with my move.
Great experience. Team showed up on time, were very friendly and polite, took great care in wrapping and moving our belongings, and went out of the way to make sure all items were placed accurately at the new location. Henry T, Brian, Ivan, Kenny, and Anthony R were awesome and made the move painless for us!
I hired Move-tastic to move with tom jarrett. They were quick and responsible and kept me updated on arrival times. Great service.

I had a really great experience overall and just wanted to give a shoutout to the team. Elizabeth was amazing at helping me navigate all the scheduling obstacles with the movers. Things kept shifting on my end, but she stayed patient the entire time and really went above and beyond to accommodate everything. That alone made a huge difference. On moving day, the crew, Jose, Greg, Richard, Herbert, and Henry, were fantastic.
