If they would let me I would put a BIG FAT 0. Very bad service. Worst movers in the valley. They scratched our new furniture. When I told the movers what they did their response was you need to talk to the manager. Well the manager didn't do it you did. Anyways I called the manager and the only thing he is doing is giving me the run around. The whole time the movers were working they kept complaining only one guy was actually doing his job.
These guys suck!! They went through our stuff and stole 2000 dollars!!! We made a police report and will be making a claim against their insurance! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! YOU WILL BE ROBBED!!
I’m sorry for your Experience but in the last 20 years we’ve never had an issue like this before. Our customers like you are on site while moving, then follow us and open for us at the new place. If you feel like there is something wrong please call the local authorities and make a police report.
IN ORDER TO POST REVIEW I HAD TO CHOSE AT LEAST ONE STAR. BUT I WOULDVE PUT NO STARS AT ALL. SO, I CHOSE LUI LUI MOVING COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DID HAVE SOME GOOD RECENT REVIEWS. HOWEVER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I HAD ISSUES FROM THE ACTUAL MOVERS TO THE ACTUAL OWNER. I HAVE BEEN PATIENT AND WAITED FOR A RESOLUTION BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. WHO EVER WALTER IS HE IS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS TAKEN MY CALLS. PRETTY MUCH YOU’RE FORCED TO GET A TWO HOUR MINIMIUM TO MOVE.
We hired these movers to load a 3 bedroom home into a 26 foot U-Haul truck, we provided them with all the supplies necessary for my furniture to be moved and not be to badly damaged. I understand when moving you will have some damages which I expected but once I unloaded all my furniture, I realized that everything I owned was damaged and I mean everything! I had asked them, Are you sure you don’t need any more blankets?
I called them to find out about the price, all I said I’m calling to see if you can help me move From mission to Waco? the guy didn’t ask for when or how much stuff… he said $100 per hour , $300 loading,$300 unloading plus $100 per hour and the commute $4000. Which is $2700 more than other movers.

Guys who helped me move were great but my to my surprise at the end of service when it came time to pay I was given a different price than originally agreed upon. I paid never the less but I did feel scammed

I had a great experience moving with Lui Lui in Brownsville Texas. The team members Manuel and Joshua were extremely helpful, fast, and attentive. They handled everything with great care but never wasting a second. They also went out of their way to ensure that everything was moved and reassembled correctly.
