Mr. Smith, It's strange you seem to be the only to have an experience in this realm. We provided quality service and even worked with you on payment until you went ghost and proceeded to curse us out once we finally collected in full for services rendered. Be blessed sir!
Before the move, I talked to a total of three different people. The first person I talked with was, I believe, the manager. I originally quoted for a few large items. I was going to opt for that since it would cost more for additional items, but when I called to follow up, the second person I spoke with stated that they could usually add more items as long as it was within the quoted time frame, and he said to me that he would add 20 minutes so the total time would be 1 hour and 20 minutes.
We did an interstate move. All of our furniture, I mean ALL of it, was damaged. They left behind a brand new fridge and other items as well. Jyre (I believe is the owner) was initially concerned and wanted to resolve what he admitted was negligence on their part. After 30 days he came back with an extreme lowball offer. He wouldn’t even refund us - which was way less than our damaged items.
Mr. Secamiglio, We deeply regret falling short of customer expectations. We pride ourselves on our honor and ability to serve our clients to the highest level possible, as well as our ability to rectify any roadblocks.
Overall pretty unhappy with the service. Seemed like the two boys spent a good amount of time talking about what they were going to do but moved slowly. They didn’t come prepared with the “right tools” so they had to call someone else in because they were having difficulty with our two L shaped desks. They broke a small part of the desk and they nicked it. We also found new nicks on other pieces of furniture. And, to top it off nicks in paint we just had done.
Ms. Nicole, We are super sorry to hear we fell short of the mark. We aim for full satisfaction on every job and I apologize, on behalf of the company and the movers, for falling short of complete satisfaction. We are also disappointed to hear our attempt at rectification fell short.
Moved my home from Lexington to Frankfort. Showed up in a too small rotted out truck in the box portion, had to come back the next day with a bigger, broke a 75 inch tv, broke a stand lamp, dropped a box fragile glassware and dishes, crack the base of portable fireplace, stained carpet, knock drywall off the corners entering living room. Refuses to compensate for anything though the initial call to complain was told my belongings would be replaced.
Mr. Boggs, We are always disappointed to hear our service fell short of 5 stars. You originally claimed we broke two TVs, however above only one is claimed. We offered additional coverage at the time of service and it was declined.
Horrible horrible experience. On day of move, three young men showed up with no lead for the job. I called the owner re: level of disorganization and chaos. The job took much longer than anticipated and an outrageous invoice.
Ms. Spurgeon, Let me start off by apologizing for your experience not being up to your standards. I do want to remind you that we did recommend 5 Movers and 2 Trucks and you opted for 3 Movers and 1 Truck.

We had a great move. They showed up on time. They handled themselves with professionalism. We were moving to an apartment on the third floor. We had large hide-a-bed couch that they carried all the way to the third floor without incident. Then where all appeared lost trying to get it to the living room, they showed their expertise to find the right combination to get the couch in with no damage done. They finished ahead of schedule. They were great and gave us a great price to boot. Highly recommended by us.

The From Here to There crew was fantastic in so many ways. They were punctual, efficient, and communicative, which are all things I highly value. The lead crew member was training a newer employee, and I appreciated the kindness and patience I saw demonstrated during that process. As well as the focus on making sure things were done correctly, adhering to best practices to keep both my belongings and the crew safe.

Hands down, the best moving experience I have ever had. Dylan, Damien, and Jose did an incredible job with our cross-town Lexington move! They worked quickly but safely, and because I work in the safety industry, I immediately noticed and was impressed with their consistent verbal cues which helped to avoid walking collisions (their cues saved me from walking directly into a dresser they were carrying around a blind corner!) and only doing heavy lifts with a team instead of trying to lift something alone to speed…
Wow, this review absolutely made our day. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so glad we could make a stressful moving day a little easier and even a little fun. We especially loved hearing that our verbal cues saved you from an unexpected meeting with a flying dresser.
We purchased some furniture and had From Here to There handle the delivery. One of the pieces was quite bulky and extremely heavy and needed to go up to the second floor. Marcus and Miles realized they would need help and called in reinforcements. Four guys were able to muscle the piece up the stairs. They were very careful about protecting walls, floors, etc. as well as the furniture piece. Cost was reasonable. We plan to use them again. Highly recommend.
