In their own words
Firefighters Move U is great!! Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and personable, going above and beyond to help our office have the very best moving experience. Jason came out in person and did a walk through of the office with me to discuss our needs and explain what the process and pricing are like. Anne confirmed with me prior to move day and answered any questions I had.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such an incredible review! We truly appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear that your entire experience with Firefighters Move U was such a positive one from start to finish.
They did amazing! They had a lot of heavy stuff to move and they didn’t stop until the job was done. They were very kind and they made sure everything was put in the right places. Fair pricing and quick!
Thank you so much for the great review! We're thrilled to hear our crew worked hard and made your move such a positive experience. Heavy lifting is what we do, and we're glad the team kept working until everything was finished while still taking the time to place your belongings exactly where you…

The company's branding emphasizes off-duty firefighters, but neither of the movers assigned to our job was a firefighter. They were pleasant young men, but one of the two did not strike me as a particularly experienced mover.
Thanks for the feedback, Melanie! I am glad we could address some of your concerns the other day! Thanks again for the opportunity!
I hired Firefighters for a storage to third floor apartment move in Lexington. My days of moving are behind me but I was still a bit skeptical of hiring someone. From the moment I talked to Annie in the office I knew I made the right choice. On moving day Dustin & Mike, the two movers, showed up right on time and took over from there. Everything went smoothly start to finish on a hot humid 93 degree day. EXTREMELY professional and these two REALLY kicked it in the butt.
Thank you so much for this incredible review! We're honored that you trusted Firefighters Move U, especially after being a little skeptical about hiring movers. We're thrilled Annie and our office team were able to give you confidence from … More
