It has been a few months since our out of state move. We had a terrible experience. We paid for packing and the did have enough movers to pack us. Also not enough people or trucks to load us up. They were at our house until almost midnight trying to get us packed up. Delivery of our stuff was the same experience. Owner was very rude when discussing these issues and wanted to charge us for a U-Haul truck because they did not have a big enough truck to move us. We had broken picture frames and dishes.

Having served in the military and been through at least a half-dozen moves, in addition to arranging a private cross-country move for my daughter a year ago, I can say this was one of the best moving experiences. We used First Class to move my mother-in-law. The communication was great. They were flexible when we needed to reschedule to give my MIL a few more weeks to get ready. They were professional and packed and loaded everything with care to prevent damage.

Thank you for this, seriously. Reviews like this are exactly why we do what we do. A same day Houston to Dallas move is no small task, and it takes a dialed in crew, the right equipment, and a real plan to execute it properly.

We recently moved from Dallas to Austin, and after a traumatic experience with another moving company earlier this year, we were extremely hesitant to hire movers again. We even considered doing the move ourselves. Then we found First Class Relocation. From our first conversation, Cameron took the time to listen to our concerns and assured us the move would be handled with care. He personally led the move, was professional, respectful, and incredibly accommodating.
Thank you so much, Ashwitha. We’re grateful you chose First Class Relocation and that Cameron and the team could restore your trust after that earlier experience, making your move from Dallas to Austin smooth and stress-free. As a family … More
