Update: It has been 17 days since I contacted 5 star regarding the incomplete job, and have had no response after a 2nd conversation with the owner who said he would talk to his guys, and get back to me. I had a very bad experience. This was the 3rd time using them, and this was by far THE WORST service I've ever received from them. Now, on my first 2 interactions with the company, I couldn't have been happier. They moved me from a 3rd floor walk up 2 bedroom apartment in under 2 hours. Today.......NOT A CHANCE.
Got this company to move a couch from one apartment building to another apartment building, there truck was dirty, it had bed bugs in it, and they ripped our couch. I would advise anyone not to get this company to move anything unless you want your stuff broke, damaged or bed bugs.
costumer service was abysmal, and the movers/drivers were incredibly rude! will never use these people ever. they yelled and screamed at me after asking them simple questions.
I was recommended this company to do my move and unfortunately some damage occurred. I was not looking for any compensation just an acknowledgement of the damage done (pics were taken). Not once did the owner take responsibility nor …

We found 5 Star very helpful for our move out of Medicine Hat. Daniel was great making our booking and answering questions. We appreciated his suggestions to expedite the process and possibly lower the cost. John came out to look at what would be moved and arrange final details about number of trucks and movers for the day. His suggestions were helpful and his estimate of the cost was very accurate. On moving day all the men arrived on time, were professional, friendly and very efficient.
We've used their services twice and both times they have been wonderful. Always working hard and being communicative with us. Will highly recommend their services to everyone!
"Five Star Moving" lives up to its name and I give them an emphatic 5 Stars. They've moved my parents twice now, and I can't speak highly enough of this professional team. The four men who helped this latest move were professional, efficient, and very kind and personable. They work by the hour but you won't waste a penny as there is absolutely no wasted moment. They take great care to load things properly and prevent any damage and we were very impressed with them.
