This company did not show up, did not answer telephone or email. As the scheduled job was for late Saturday morning, this company destroyed their credibility and value. We incurred added costs, delay and hardship due to their missing their appointment and after that have been unresponsive. I would not hire this company.
Joe Freeland, a 1-star experience is not what we want for our customers. Please give us a call to discuss I could not find you in our system and want to confirm this is taken care of, if it did indeed happen.
Completely unprofessional, unreliable and rude. They took our deposit at least a week or more before our move and called us to confirm on Friday that the move was still on for Sunday. They day of the move they said they were on the way but were just "held up a bit." When they started taking longer than we anticipated we started calling for an update. No answer from the office or movers scheduled. No answer to any of the text messages I sent either.
I think you have the wrong company? This did not happen. We work 7 days a week & our Yelp page is looking fine? Please email me so I can try to work this out with you.
After being overcharged, movers getting lost (to old and new address,) breaking 2 pieces of furniture, being very patient, still no resolution or even a call back. I'm pretty disgusted TBH

Let me first say that the 3 guys who did the work were very nice. It seemed that one had been doing this a long time, 1 a little while, and 1 who must have been on his first week of the job. So a couple hiccups with that along with an hour to get from one house to the new house (which is a 20minute drive max) but we liked them.

ZERO STARS – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional I wish I could give zero stars because this company absolutely deserves it. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We booked this moving company well in advance and confirmed the date, time, and details multiple times leading up to our move. Move day arrived — a stressful and important day for anyone — and they never showed up. No call. No email. No explanation. Just a complete no-show.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I have moved many many times in my life. Without a doubt this was the worst experience I have ever had. I sent them the following text and to date have not heard a single word. They were very responsive right up to the time they got paid. Just wanted to let you know how disappointed I am with the move I hired your company for.

I had Mike as one of the guys, and he was wonderful. But the other two did not work as efficiently as he did and they definitely weren’t as knowledgeable. I got charged an extra hour when the fact is they didn’t even give their workers a lunch break in between my move and the people before me. So of course they are going to be slow. Management clearly works them like mules and don’t even care about a lunch break. I was quoted 625 for three guys for three hours. Didn’t exactly get three “mikes”.
Ang, is it possible that you have the wrong moving company? We do not have a Mike that does jobs and have not for months? Please let us know if you get this figured out & thank you for your time.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is horrible and I wish I could rate them 0 stars! I was scheduled to be their first move at 8:00 AM. The movers never showed up. I called at 8:40 AM, the owner answered and said he will find out where the movers are. Never heard back. I called again at 9:15 AM, their hotline was active, the lady said she will find where the movers are. Again, never heard back. Called at 9:30, 9:45, 10:00 , 10:15 etc.
