In their own words
These guys had great communication from the first time I contacted them all the way up until the end. They texted me to let me know they were on their way and they even offered to buy me a coffee! They were super friendly and very professional, and they wrapped my furniture perfectly. Their rates were very reasonable, and they moved quickly but carefully. I will definitely use them again and I strongly recommend them.
Austin and Dusty were awesome. Austin gave us an estimate on how long it would take to move some furniture around in the house and to storage. He was spot on with his estimate. Austin with his experience wrapped and protected our furniture. They were on time and very polite. We will definitely use this company again !!!
We had the best experience moving with Flex and Flow Moving Co. Austin and his partner were very thoughtful and thorough throughout our move. They were very careful with all of our furniture and made sure everything was packed securely on the truck. They double checked that nothing was left behind and placed everything in the new house where we wanted it. Austin contacted me to verify everything before the move and stayed in contact with me during the move. He has impeccable communication skills.
Austin did a wonderful job of communicating with me, was quick to call back when I had questions and confirming what I needed (even asking the night before if there was any last minute things like extra boxes or having to make an additional stop at a donation place). He was efficient and still careful with our items. I could not have asked for anything better.
