AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND HAVE YOUR FURNITURE TREATED LIKE TRASH. They don't even deserve one star. Flex Moving was an absolute disaster. They showed up late, moved slowly, and treated my furniture like trash. My dining table was chipped, my bed's headboard endedul up with a hole in it, my bench stained, and they even put a hole in the wall of my new property. They left marks all over both properties and acted like they couldn't care less.

At first the gentleman help with the move was very nice and helpful. But when he left he stated someone would be here for pick up in 1 hr it was 400 pm. Now at 1100 pm today someone came to pick up the trailer ( was calling since 500pm and they kept saying someone was coming till they didn’t answer no set time frame). The driver had a broke headlight. He stated that he is a third party driver and doesn’t not work for flex.

I had a very disappointing experience with Flex Moving & Storage. After speaking with their team, the contract I received did not reflect what was discussed. Because of that, I canceled immediately on March 31st. I received written confirmation from their representative that my appointment was canceled, and no services were ever provided to me. Despite this, I was still charged and had to follow up multiple times just to get a response.

After nearly 10 months of being billed without answers, I’m left with nothing but loss. I trusted this service to protect thousands in business gear, personal valuables, and irreplaceable memories—and got silence in return. From delayed pickups and missing locks to billing way beyond what was quoted—every part of the experience was a red flag. No address, no proof of security, and no resolution despite countless support attempts. My storage contents vanished. No notice. No process. Just gone.

Edit: Although I received a message on my review to reach out to customer service, this was entirely unhelpful and a complete waste of time. Flex customer service did not resolve my complaint. Worst moving experience I have ever had. Movers arrived three hours late, at which point my apartment loading dock and elevator reservations had expired. The mover’s methods were inefficient and careless.

A terrible business, do not use for any reason. They were actively harmful to our moving efforts. After confirming multiple times both before the day and on the day of our move, 6/30, we were left to learn over halfway through our appointment window that nobody was coming. Additionally, this information only came to me after calling them 3 times. Our arrival window was 2-4:30p. I called at 1 and 2:30 to ask if people were arriving, since nobody had reached out to us, and I was told to keep waiting.

EDIT: Since I made this review, Victor contacted me and corrected the issue with the refund and told me the previous manager I worked with is no longer employed there I have never had a worse experience when dealing with a company. If i could give them 0 stars I would. I hired them to move and store my things for 1 month and 2 days. While initially they seemed helpful and friendly, the day of my move things quickly changed.

Absolutely terrible experience. This company completely failed to show up on my scheduled moving day without any notice or communication. I took time off work, packed my entire home, and arranged everything around the move, only to be left waiting with only one mover and driver but no updates on where the other movers are. The one mover couldn’t move everything by himself and we all were waiting for HOURS and they never approved for him to start packing.
