**also take time to read the reviews not just the stars because the company makes you change your star rating to get any type of refund. If they didn’t do this they’d have a much lower rating. Stay away from this company! - They claimed they told us our move from Houston to Dallas was going to take 2 days, but at no time did they say this. They said it must of been in the quote but I couldn’t find it. When I asked them to show me where it said it would take 2 days they never got back to me.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!! If you’re considering Flex Movers in Texas, read this review first. I strongly recommend choosing another company. Our move became an absolute nightmare because of repeated service failures, poor communication and damaged belongings. We provided a complete inventory and were promised an 8-by-24 trailer and a 7-by-14 trailer. Instead, two smaller trailers arrived, and everything did not fit. Both the loading and unloading crews told us this happens often.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. We trusted this company to move our office furniture, much of which was brand new, and the outcome was incredibly disappointing. Instead of a smooth transition, we were left with extensive damage to nearly every major piece. Items that were in pristine condition beforehand are now scratched, dented, and in many cases no longer usable. We’re now facing the reality of replacing furniture at a cost of roughly $10,000.

I booked this moving company because their pricing seemed reasonable, and after completing all the required paperwork, I agreed to an estimated price of $511–$587. After the move was completed, I was shocked to find out that the total had somehow increased to over $1,200. The movers were only at my home for about 3 hours, at $120 per hour, plus a $150 travel fee.

The moving process was highly stressful. Initially, the service provider agreed to fulfill all our requirements, but a few days before the move, all previously agreed-upon arrangements were rescinded, leaving us with no alternative but to proceed under the revised conditions. We were informed that our belongings would be delivered the following day, and updates indicated the truck was en route. However, upon contacting them, we discovered the truck remained in the garage and had not moved.

I wish I could list every specific issue we experienced during our move, however Google limits how long my review can be, so I’ll keep it short. I believe at the end, their ploy is to offer a lower rate at booking in hopes to get more money out of you when the move is over. When we booked the trip, we booked it in a way that made logistical sense, and were upfront with the amount of things we had to move. The day of the move, the movers showed up at the wrong location, and showed up with only a box trailer.

I strongly encourage anyone considering Flex Moving Services to look elsewhere. What was meant to be a thoughtful, stress-free moving gift from my family turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did the movers arrive with poor attitudes, but they also handled my belongings carelessly. As a result, multiple pieces of my furniture were damaged, and even my brand-new home sustained damage during the move.

TRASH! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE. 1 star review because 0 isn’t an option. Scheduled movers for a 1–2 PM time slot, what we PAID for. Instead, one of their guys randomly calls at 10 AM saying he’s five minutes away. Um… what? We told him we weren’t ready because obviously it wasn’t our scheduled time. He says “I’ll just leave the trailer and come back later.” Fine. But they NEVER came back.
