I reserved a climate controlled storage unit over the phone with an employee named John. I arrived after hours on a Sunday morning to unload my items at the unit and when I went inside the building, it was not much warmer than it was outside (it was 40 degrees that day). The items I brought to store would have been damaged under those conditions. I called around to other climate controlled facilities in the area and the lowest they keep their units is 65 degrees.
Was not told when renting that they have a major problem with condensation in the units without climate control. As a result stored equipment rusted. Result blamed on "Indiana weather." Had I known I would have rented a climate controlled unit.
The unit we paid for was temperature controlled, and all was good until the temperature outside dipped below freezing. we had a container of detergent explode, and a bunch of farbics got mold on them. the fabrics had to be thrown out.

From he moment we arrived I knew this was a well run facility, very neat and tidy. The handsome young man, Scott, working the front desk was very efficient and answered all our questions with friendly professionalism. The storage unit we selected a 10' x 20' was very clean and easy to access with the moving van. The locks on the units make you feel extra secure as they can't be cut with bolt cutters. Very happy we chose this co. to protect our cherished belongings.
I had two units while using DuPont Rd’s location. When I realized I needed a bigger unit when I was moving away, it was a seamless change. When I did have any issues with the gate, or unfortunately leaving my unit keys in another state, although it costed, they knew the importance and sent someone last minute. Tom was awesome to work with and communicated back quickly. I highly recommend using this location. I used both climate control and regular and had no problems.
Very clean facility. Courteous staff and prompt services. Secure buildings and easy access off Dupont road. Had no issues, no pests, no leaking, etc. Well maintained facility.
I had a fantastic experience with this storage facility! From the beginning, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and making sure I found the perfect unit for my needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making my experience as easy as possible. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in good hands.
