The owner was very professional and easy to work with. The crew was very courteous and informative. They did a great job! I would highly recommend and trust MovePro as your moving company! Update! Spoke too soon. The movers broke the base of our 55" bedroom tv. They did make us aware of it and the owner reimbursed me for the cost of the replacement base. The part took about a week to arrive. Once it arrived, I put in on, and hooked up the tv to the cable.
We would like to clarify that compensation was provided for the tv as a courtesy despite the fact that the tv was not properly packed. TV boxes and packing services were discussed with your wife over email but she decided not to purchase … More
Everything seemed great at first. The communication could have been improved, but all was well. Two guys packed my truck in an hour and were allotted two hours. I still had to pay for the two hours, still at the time no issue there. As I’m unpacking I realize they took really poor care of how they packed the truck and my items. Especially important ones. I had a white couch they decided not to use one of the many furniture covers I provided.
We used Move Pro to move from CO to MI. The quote we recieved did not match the actual amount we were billed. Move Pro charged us an additional $5,000 on top of our quote. They also broke an expensive custom window in the house were were moving out of. Move Pro picked up our stuff 2 weeks ago and none of our stuff has arrived in MI yet. When I call to ask, I just get told that our stuff is on a broken truck in Nebraska. There is no update that the stuff will be moved to a working truck...or when.

To clarify, this customer hired MovePro for LOADING SERVICES ONLY. We did not drive or unload this vehicle. Our LABOR-ONLY loading service does not include pads or other protective materials unless they are purchased at an additional cost either from us or any other company such as U-Haul.

They handled our furniture and belongings with care while still moving efficiently, making what could have been a very stressful day much easier. Reno, Oscar, Dawson, and Jake showed up right on time, were very professional, made a plan, and got to work. They were careful, methodical, and hardworking. We made it through a big two truck move in about 10 hours, right on par with Brandon’s estimate. I initially challenged Brandon on the need for two trucks, he explained his reasoning and sent two, then we filled both. Couldn’t be happier with my MovePro experience.

We used MovePro for our in town move. The quote process was very nice and the final total was lower than quoted which obviously I appreciated! Jeremy and Oscar were fantastic on our moving day. They kept the vibes high despite them working hard and carrying heavy items out of our old house and into our new home. They were fast and efficient yet very careful with our items. Would highly recommend!!
