Let me start of by saying Greg and Pj came to my home walking in like all my items were trash. They damaged more than 10 items valued over $8,000.00 by throwing boxes, kicking boxes, stacking heavy boxes on breakables, and not properly loading the truck allowed alot of shifting in the truck. I wish I had a good experience like everyone else. It's hard to belive this place has such a high rating.
Mr.Hayes!! Thank God this is a scam message because newdaymover would be out of work preforming like this.
I have never experienced a business owner calking my phone back after complaining and trying to work it out on the call but did not accomplish anything so I left a complaint on this site. Totally shocking enough yhe owner calls me back again screaming at me about yhe vomplaint i wrote instead of Again not resolving this issue. So watch out Seniors
I'm so sorry for your inconvenience Michelle, we still take pride in serving the Senior community we have assisted living pricing that starts at $350 -550 that it doesn't exceed that set amount. if giving another chance I want to make whatever was wrong right.
Advertising says they move pianos. When I called to get a quote for a small baby grand, I was told they don't move grands. Might be nice to list that in their advertising. "They only move upright pianos!"
Mike- we are so sorry for the disappointment when we spoke. It’s true. We are only equipped to move up right pianos as of now. But we are looking into alternate means to be able to help customers with these needs as well.
Ruined several pieces of our furniture, very slow, not efficient. Argued about the damage they caused. Won't make it right. Would Never recommend them !!!

We have had quite the day! I have to tell you all about New Day Mover. We were in quite the predicament this morning. We scheduled with ANOTHER moving company. We had used the company 2 times before. They were, let's just say forgiven,the last time. They were late by 4 hours secondary to a scheduling 'mess up." We are all about second chances. We have been given opportunities! The story goes like this, they didn't show up, they didn't answer a phone or an email.

They were great! They had to work through our messy garage, but even so were polite and kind. They carefully wrapped and packed our furniture. Came all the way to Gas City from Allen County. Good value. If I need movers again, I will call New Day Mover.

New Day Movers —BY FAR EXCEEDED— my expectations, and not simply from the perspective of showing up on time to do the work set forth as planned, but literally from the moment that Greg answered the telephone call from me over the weekend. Due to multiple different serious health issues, I myself am unable to do much of anything physically.

I heard about New Day Mover from a family member when we outgrew our office space. We moved from an older 3 story home that we were renting as an office into a 6th floor 4,000 sqft office space. I did have a bit of nerves going into the move because office furniture is not only bulky, heavy, and awkward to carry, it is also really expensive! Fortunately, all of my nerves were unfounded.
