Worst move ever! They only moved about a third of my two bedroom apartment. Broke a headboard, piled boxes in rooms so you can’t even get in. Boxes in kitchen so packed I can’t even open my fridge. None of the boxes placed in rooms that were clearly marked. I had to move 9 loads in my suv to finish, not to mention I have a lot of boxes to move to be able to start unpacking. And to make it worse, I was quoted $ 450 but was charged over a $1000! They even left items by the side of my house.
Kimberly, we regret that your move experience was not stellar. We are very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations as that is out top priority. Our leadership team has been in contact with you to identify a solution, acceptable to you.
Honestly, we had a very bad experience with this moving company. They were two hours late. My husband moved a majority of our things to the truck himself and unloaded a lot of things himself. He fully assembled all of our furniture. They ruined some of our furniture and broke things. They told us they had to break really hard while driving down the road which caused the damage to our things. They told us the manager would contact us the next day, they did not. I highly would not recommend this service at all.
Moving with a 3 month old is stressful enough. We had Noah from MVM out to quote our move in May. He assessed our 2 story home, 3-car garage, and patio and quoted us $2000-2100 for 2 trucks, 3 movers, and approximately 6 hours of labor. At the time we had a variety of large artworks displayed on our walls as well as a 11x8’ sectional sofa. He confirmed that these items could be moved by his team as well as other larger furniture such as beds could be disassembled and reassembled during this quoted time period.

Very disappointed with this service. We had called to see if they had any soon openings and they did. They had sent 2 guys but called and asked if they could add a third to help move our 3 bedroom home. We said yes. At first things were great but a lot of time was wasted. They switched people during the process of moving us, they took apart things they didn’t put back together, broke my daughters bed, lost screws, broke our dresser, our washer was broken (which they had trouble even getting upstairs and had to…

We were told we were the second stop of the day. Originally said 12:30 then a text for 2-3. They finally got there at 3:20 and the three gentlemen were so pissed off and mad at their bosses. We almost told Them to leave, but we really needed our stuff moved. They did not pack the van very well at all so not all of our stuff even got in there. Have they done it correctly there would’ve been plenty of room.Easily could have.

I was very disappointed with the service, I noticed one of the movers was carrying one box at a time so I started checking off and counting how many boxes he did this 18 times also when you're moving dining room chairs you place them back to back and you run your arm through the one and the other and you carry two at a time.
We are truly disappointed to learn of your displeasure with the outcome of your move experience, Kenn. Our location manager has been in contact you to discuss this in greater detail so we can grow and improve.
Do not recommend them for moving. They will quote you a low amount to get your business, and it will always be higher than they tell you. I used them years ago, and the worker bled all over our house and cost us issues with new homeowners. The manager at that time was a nice guy and refunded us for the damages. I decided to try them again, and they were nice upfront, but once they started damaging things, they took no accountability. The driver scraped our new driveway with the truck and then denied doing it.

The movers never called before they came, and subsequently we could not get our pets put away safely. One of the movers came in and asked to use the bathroom, and proceeded to urinate all over the bathroom floor and toilet and didn’t clean it up. Our truck was not packed well at all, not only did they not fill the truck, the little bit that they did, they did not pack it well and our items shifted.
I am so very sorry to learn of your displeasure with your recent move. I have asked our location manager to reach out to you directly to discuss and hopefully provide you with a suitable solution.

The moving crew was courteous and showed up on time. They didn't damage anything and were careful, and asked questions about what was moved and to where. *BUT* the most impressive thing was that when I contacted MVM via email about the move, I received a call and text, and we scheduled everything via text (they even communicated / monitored their contacts over the weekend) very efficiently. Excellent communication by the company and the movers, which can be hard to come by. I recommend MVM

We called 4 different moving companies to have a treadmill brought in from our garage to our 2nd floor. Not only did they charge a fair price but the 2 fellas ( Israel and Cody) were so polite and professional. Thank you for excellent service. We went with MVM for our move from Indiana to Wisconsin also, and couldn’t be Happier. We thought the truck they brought wasn’t big enough, but they proved us wrong. Packed it so tight I’m sure nothing moved.

As a 20 year Army retired veteran, I have moved all over the world and more times than I can remember. I was skeptical about hiring a moving company, but my wife and I wanted some peace and mind of not needing to break everything down and physically move our belongings ourselves. So we took a chance and hired MVM moving and storage to help with our move, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

What a great experience !! It’s the first time I’ve ever had to use a moving company. I moved from a home of 25 yrs so I had a lot of furniture that is previous and of value to me. I was very impressed from my first visit with Noah Caraveo from MVM. He came out and did a walk through and made note of my comments about the furniture that needed to be moved to my new home. Noah was very knowledgeable about the company policies and offer me things that would be useful to make my move as smooth as possible.
