The owner threatened to walk off the job and tried to charge us more. When we noticed that our door threshold may be damaged we asked if his insurance would cover it. He said “ No it doesn’t, maybe if this was like a $1000 or $1500 job but this is a small job so just tell me now if you don’t like it and I’m gone”. He also tried to charge more and claimed we had to pay for his travel time both ways after we already verified only one way prior to his arrival.
They did not call me back when I left them a message and when I visited during business hours, nobody was in the office.

Have used moving services a few time in my 75 years but Foster Brothers by far exceed our expectations. We moved 370 miles to another state and they took care of us in every detail. From start to finish floors and stairs were protected in both homes, every piece was wrapped with detailed protection that I’d never seen and we’d used the named brand movers over the years. They were always on time or before, solved all our moving needs in every way we could have imagined. Hardest working crew we’d ever seen.
A belated entry. Moved in April 2024. Foster Brothers was an amazing bunch to work with. Quick, efficient and friendly. And, I had some SERIOUSLY big furniture 😁 …
Excellent service and communication. Movers were friendly and worked hard!!! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was packed safely! Highly recommend!
Seth and Mark delivered a refrigerator I ordered from Costco, these guys were a class act. They went above beyond to protect my floors/walls and were very friendly and professional. Because of Seth and Mark I will be using this company in the future for any moving needs.
