Do your homework with their pricing… I feel like they stuck it to us with their final price… We had everything out in the garage and ready to load, they didn’t have to go in the house for anything… no appliances, mattresses, heavy furniture, etc… Same thing on the delivery… did nothing but unload everything into a garage…very casual and unassuming about the whole experience….we did have more than we thought, but $1000 more than the estimate ??? OUCH … due diligence with your final pricing expectations….

Left a $100 deposit with this company. We stated what day we could move in March and their response was they aren’t available any weekends due to personal reasons. They refused to give the $100 back. Small company doing business like this won’t stay in business. I can only imagine their quality of work is the same type attitude. If you are looking for a reputable moving company move on from this one.
When we spoke to you in November, we had let you know that we require a non-refundable $100 retainer. You agreed, and had originally scheduled a move for January when we spoke to you in November, but you had something come up and you needed … More
The guys were totally professional and went above and beyond to help a couple of women with back issues. Have been impressed before and was again. Thank you so much!!

I’ve had used Rob and Big’s Moving Company in the past to move from Grand Blanc to Lansing, and they never fail! Tom and Connor were awesome movers!! They were efficient, careful with anything fragile, and were great company!! They helped …
Thanks Karissa!
Rob and his team did a fantastic job safely moving our furniture, including several very large and fragile items. They took care to wrap them and secure them properly, and put them all in place upon delivery. They completed and billed the work exactly as quoted. Very friendly crew. I would recommend them to anyone.
Tom and Jonny showed up to help us move from on-site storage to our newly completed guest cottage. They were professional, extremely competent, and just a joy to work with. The entire event, from 1st phone call to handing them the check, went flawlessly. They kept us informed every step of the way and were extremely responsive. Just a rare standard of excellence I wish was more common.
