When they provide you with 100 pages of terms, conditions/service contract that includes a deductible (In our case $500) take in to consideration that the people that actually load/unload the truck are SUB-CONTRACTED by the truck driver Most of the time they have never worked together. It’s a crapshoot as to the care your items will receive. In our case one guy dropped with full force one of our main accent chairs breaking the solid wood leg. Said he would make it right make a claim and cover it. False!
This review really only applies to Cynthia the Coordinator for Morse Moving. She lost our original contract in her office? When it was time to schedule our delivery we were in the middle of evacuating for a hurricane. Asked for last day in our delivery span, thought that was scheduled. Then less than 24 hours before they wanted to deliver we get call after 5pm that they were going to be here the next day at 9am. We were in the middle of flooring being installed.
Backed out of moving our friends claiming the house was messy even though they were in the process of cleaning and finishing packing after packing all night long. Unprofessional and childish behavior and will never be recommended for any future business. They will definitely not be recommended to take over moving jobs for my work now.

The guys packed my 55” and 65” TVs last, when the only room left was in a little tow behind trailer rather than packing them in the main truck which would have been far more stable and protected. Moreover, they didn’t secure them at all - no tie downs, no anything. They were literally set in the trailer loose. When I asked them how they were going to make sure they didn’t fall over, they added a couple of empty cardboard boxes and a few couch pillows - none of which were secured.

Linda, we are sorry. We are sorry that the relocation for your daughters’ items did not go as any of us had planned. Although our goal is that 100% of our moves go without incident, sometimes issues do arise. We relocate over 3000 moves a year with a 98% satisfactory rate.

We recently used Morse Moving's services to move within the State of Michigan. Our initial inquiry was responded to that day by a visit to our home. Subsequent questions were promptly answered. Our home was packed up one day and then loaded and moved the next. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and responsive. Ten Stars to all. Shawn, Lee and Jerry took very good care of me. They worked their tails off! It is a rare thing to see men work that hard these days. They took a few, very well earned, breaks. They didn't take a lunch break... There was a very large safe and steel wood stove and other very heavy stuff to move and they did it with the utmost care. They took exceptional care to not damage anything They treated my cheap junky furniture the same as they did the nicer stuff.

Shawn, Lee, Andrew and Travis did an amazing job with our move. They arrived at the times requested on both days and worked hard to get our move done. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I would give 5 stars but the move was $1,200 over the estimate that I got. I was told that the estimate more than likely was high so when the bill came out to be more, I was shocked.
