These guys should not be trusted. The labor help the owner brought with him where great. While he stood around charging for being there they loaded most everything. The did not properly pack or cover my items with the provided blankets and secure with rope as I thought that was what they are hired for. Multiple expensive items where damaged and they would not take care of that and stated that the way the items are loaded and protected was up to us as they are just labor only service.

The level of customer service of everyone involved, from the owners to the movers is, bar none, the finest we have ever experienced with a moving company. Communication 10/10. Showing up on time 11/10. Careful moving fragile things 10/10. Quick work made of a jumbled mess of a moving truck 10/10. Ironically, these folks were the fifth business we contacted to see about helping us unload our truck on a Sunday and with relatively short notice and they were the only ones that could help us.

Hire these folks!!! Front office is responsive and price was good. Even more, we had a crew of three hired for one hour to move an antique stand-up piano and whatever else (also antiques!) there was time for… out of our 120 year old house with a cracked floor board in the threshold. These three didn’t blink. They listened well, moved with tremendous care, and - somehow - navigated everything so efficiently they helped us get far more furniture in the truck than we’d expected.
I booked Fresh Start in Rogers on the u-haul website to unload a 15 foot u-haul. They did a fantastic job. Would 100% use them again. They only had a small dolly and some furniture straps. I do feel if they had some better equipment they would have finished sooner and been easier on there bodies. In the end they were done before the two hour minimum.
