In their own words
The piano was moved without any damage to the piano and on time. However, upon arriving to the property, they insisted that they were going to back their moving truck through the rainsoaked front yard (days of rain) so that they didn't have to lift the piano up 3 stairs. The person letting them in said, "They wouldn't take 'no' for an answer". It is a Kawai CS11 which is not incredibly heavy if you have the right equipment and 2 people.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Awesome service done quickly! Showed up on time, loaded the piano up without any issue. Came to the drop off location and unloaded with the same ease and professionalism! Amazing company and would highly recommend! Quick, inexpensive, quality, professional!
Incredible experience! I needed a baby grand piano moved from one location to another. After calling 5 other movers and/or piano services, Rick quoted me a price that was around 1/3 of the cost that everyone else quoted me! It was so much less expensive that that I was honestly a little nervous! Fretter’s Piano Service did such a beautiful job moving the piano carefully and correctly. They set it up and then I paid a very reasonable fee to have it tuned by them as well.
I hired Fretter's Piano Service to move a piano I purchased in Atlanta to bring to my home in Nashville. Rick Fretter (owner) communicated with both parties very well and showed up on time. The piano arrived in perfect shape. My wife and I were very happy with his service. Thank you Rick!
They did a nice job moving my grand piano from Clarksville to Franklin for a very reasonable price. They were on time, professional and courteous.
Thanks Lucie. Glad to help you anytime. ..........R.Fretter
