No stars if I could choose! I got ripped off by this company because I am old and I didn't know about the market price for moving. They charged me $3,215 for a small one bedroom apartment local move. It's 8 times more than other movers would charge me but I didn't realize it until it's too late. It was a move from an assistant living community to another assistant living community about 10 miles apart. They didn't gave me an estimate with estimated hours, numbers of movers and items that would be moved.
CUSTOMERS BE WARE! Its been almost a year now and I still am having to fight with Fuller Moving to cover the significant damage to my belongings sustained by their gross negligence. I am now having to sue the company to get reimbursement for the damages caused. Such as significant damage to a 30K embroidery machine that they were contracted to crate, which they didn't, Fraudulently kept the funds allocated to the crating fee, and breech of contract!
We had planned on using PODS, but after some logistical concerns our realtor recommended Fuller moving company. He said he had clients use them before. Kevin came out to give us an estimate, It was higher but we chose Fuller for the extras and accountably aspects. Movers pack larger stuff, pack the truck, take inventory, provide estimated delivery window, and communication with the driver. Moving day came, truck showed up on time and it seemed to be perfect!

I am so disappointed in my awful moving experience. I have even waited to write this review in hopes that I would be more objective. I went with Fuller (even though they were several thousand more than the other estimates I received) because they were a family owned company and said they would be there every step of the way. Initially, they could not have been nicer. They answered our questions, accommodated our availability, and even provided wardrobe boxes.

Ken, I am sorry we were unable to move you the day you requested. You did not call in to confirm the move and the move date with us until the Friday before, at which point we were already booked up for today/Monday.
Damaged our wall of our new house and our dresser. They refuse to call back to handle the damages. The person who handles is mysteriously gone every time I call and no return calls. I do not recommend.

July 2026 Superstars-Superstars! FULLER Moving Service did an incredible job helping me move. Everyone on the crew was respectful and hardworking, and they made sure to protect the floors and antique furniture throughout the process. I appreciated how careful they were with sentimental items and how willing they were to help with anything I needed. Best prices and long distance move was no problem. Everything arrived safe and sound. Great service
We recently worked with the Fuller Moving crew, moving my senior father out of a huge house - splitting the contents between three new locations, one of which was in the Bay Area.
