Let me start by saying that I have used this company 4 times. The first time it was exceptional. Fast, professional, exactly charged as quoted. The second time was almost as good. The third time (about 5-6 years post the second experience), it went south, way south. I was quoted one price and the team that came in to move me did everything that they could to raise my bill, including taking my bed linens off my bed and MAKING a crate for them, at the cost of $45. For $45 I would have bought new ones!

Recently had a long distance move and used these folks and everything was delivered on schedule by two courteous , respectful, and polite moving men. Thanks Luis and Rodrigo. Update- I went to use this same company one year later and they wanted to charge me double the price to move me half the distance. Would not recommend.

We moved from Connecticut to Florida back in July. They lost our new king size mattress and two of small my ladders taped together. After numerous tikes calling they have NOT sent a check for replacement!!!!! VERY Poor company!!!!!!

We were very disappointed with the quality of service. The movers were very polite, but we had a significant amount of property damage and found the office staff very challenging to work with following the move to resolve the claim.
Not worth it. We had them move us to Fl and the damage and lack of accountability is horrid. They just hire anyone off the street who can work and will not honor their insurance. Go elsewhere.

A huge shoutout to General Moving Carriers LLC for helping make my move to Maplewood, NJ, such a breeze! They were quick, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. While this was a local move from my storage unit in Orange to my apartment in Maplewood, there were still quite a few moving parts. (No pun intended.) General Moving Carriers LLC took the hassle out of moving day. They were on time and on budget. Special care was also given to packing and sorting my furniture and boxes.

How can I express my deepest thanks to a company full of people that are so professional. From the phone agent named Nick to the lovely man named Guy Kaufman in sales to the crew assigned to help us move. We were dealing with an elderly parent that needed an expedited move out of state. General Moving went out of their way to help us pull together a very short notice move. They managed to help us pack and load a truck to help settle mom into her new home.
