In their own words
These folks were great!!! Crew was on time, very friendly and accommodating. Zach, Gavin, Emmett, and Mike are a credit to the company. Initial estimate was reasonable. Actual bill came in several hundred dollars lower. Handled several large pieces, many of them antiques, with care. No scratches or damage that we've seen. Carefully wrapped 8 artworks for our apartment and boxed another 8 for storage. Offered to make adjustments to placing our furniture when our initial floor plan didn't work out.

Gentle Giant took the stress out of moving. Their communication throughout the process was clear and the crew was efficient, strong, professional and friendly. Big shout out to our crew: Ellis, Austin, Liam, Patrick, Zach and Ryan. We also had our piano moved by the pros. I highly recommend Gentle Giant!

This is my third time using Gentle Giant, and just like the previous two all went so smoothly and efficiently. The guys were pleasant, very clear in what they were going to do and when. They clearly are spacially skilled in order to figure out how to get large items through small doorways. I had no anxiety about how they were treating my stuff, and they listened to what I wanted. They also were more than happy to move something if I changed my mind. The price was also very reasonable. I think they are just great.

I have had the pleasure of moving with Gentle Giant four times since moving to the New England area. The team (Tim, Peter, Matt, Manta S, and Ryan) that helped me move last week were amazing, as I had anticipated. The crew worked efficiently and collaboratively to ensure my belongings were well cared for. And, they pivoted seamlessly when issues arose (such as the need to move a washer and dryer last minute). And all with humor and kindness. I would highly recommend Gentle Giant for your moving needs.
