BEWARE**** SCAMMERS ***** Don’t fall for the fake 5 star reviews. People are pressured by the movers to give a positive review when they are almost finished. Literally begging for a positive review otherwise they get in trouble from their office and don’t get any paid in full. After a 16 hour exhausted day of prepping, packing and directing, these guys kept pressuring for a positive review. So here you go; - they showed up with ZERO wardrobe boxes even though we requested 8 which was an extra cost to book.
I previously used this company and was extremely pleased with their service, as a result, I booked them again.This turned out to be a complete nightmare. I am still traumatized by the experience. They were unprofessional, showed up 1hr15 mins late, no masks, had no organizational skills, took 10 hrs to move me from 2 bdrm condo to a storage, even though my stuff was packed and ready to go...smh...my furniture especially the couch, Paintings and glass table were not wrapped, ..never , never, never again , they…

They provide the worst moving service in GTA. I moved a 4 bedroom apartment and they sub contracted it. They are just money takers and never get involved in real job. They sent two kids who know nothing about moving. Neither they had any material nor instruments. I have to get myself and my friends involve moving real costly items like 85 inch tv worth $2500 and sofa worth $2000 so that things don’t get destroyed. My back is in severe pain and have visited doctor who has recommended x-ray.
No green shirts. No logo truck. Two guys and old truck. Lost furniture. Once move done no response from either Justin, Ellie or Mary. Stay away. See previous posting from Ventura and others. Most posting are from the robot.
I will give a 2/5 simply because one of the movers was insanely efficient and great. One came with an attitude and not prepared to move two bedrooms like explained! He tried to say that the furniture was too heavy and he would charge extra. BEFORE HE EVEN TOUCHED IT. he even said THIS IS GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN 3 hours before he even started. Like, Sir, it’s Leon’s furniture and very light furniture. My 4”11 mom 6 years ago brought it upstairs herself with my dad.

I was in contacted Justin and Danny which provided me with OK customer experience over the phone. However, a couple of issues transpired that left me feeling disappointed with this company. Lets start with I was offended when the movers came to my house and expressed their frustration regarding the amount of stuff that needed to be moved. I was moving a 2100 sq 4 bedroom home.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable with this move. I moved back in April 2022 and all I needed moved by this company was my bedroom set (bed/mattress, 2 night tables and a dresser). This company has you pay by the hour so they will take their time. First of all, they were an hour late on arrival. Then the two men they sent us were fasting (not eating / drinking) so it slowed them down causing them to take 6 hours to move my bedroom set.
I don't believe any of these reviews already written. My family and i used this company to move 85% of our belongings from our town house into a garage. They took 14 hours to move us - double what was quoted. I have made serval attempt to contact the person who gave me this quote - on the day of the move and many times after. The movers threatened to take our stuff if we didn't pay that night. They took 3.5 hours worth of breaks and had no idea how to organize the truck.

They did a great job. This was my first time ever working with movers, and honestly I was really impressed. The movers did an awesome job wrapping everything up and worked fast the entire time. They mentioned there is a 3-hour minmum, which was totally fine, and even with that, the move still felt very efficient.
