Move date was July 27, 2024. Movers were two hours late, despite the company, noting in my order that they would arrive at a specific time (I lived in a condo where service elevators for moving can only be booked for 3 hours at a time). Much of my furniture is scratched and damaged. Time was so crunched, that I literally was helping the movers load their truck. Ridiculous. This company doesn’t send its own movers. They send random independent contractors to do jobs that the company books. Be aware.
I had a very unexpected experience, I was moving my items, they took or lost a valuable box from me even though they are very slow,rude, not friendly. I don’t recommend to hire the get movers.
One of the worst moving experiences I've ever encountered. Broke furniture and understaffed my move. And denied my claim.
Update: 6 days after asking for more information, which we provided almost immediately, we have heard nothing from the company. Other sites where we left reviews have asked us for invoice or receipt #s because the company is questioning our validity as actual customers. They have not emailed/called/texted at all from our complaints to them since this horrendous experience happened. So much for trying to make it right with us. My experience with this moving company was nothing short of a catastrophic disaster.

On Move day, I get a call 2 hrs before truck broke, and they moved the shift late evening, which was an awkward time to move. Next day, it was too early in the morning and lift service wasn't available as the condo management couldn't be notified in time. Due to this, what could have been done in an hour took 2 hrs. I was horrid by the handling of mattress. It was a rainy day and mattress were just carried without any wrapping from my condo to downstairs.
We guys booked "get movers " for moving our stuff and we faced huge trouble. This was the worst experience we have ever faced. I suggest you all please don't choose. Very Very bad Service 👎🏻👎🏻 …

These people wanted to charge me $550 to move 2 items. That's the cost to transport all items from a home. Definitely a scam.

Two trucks pulled up right on time and the movers immediately got to work. We had a move involving a pickup at one location before starting the main move at another.I had a good experience arranging everything with Dean, and we agreed on a flat-rate fee that I thought was fair.While I completed the paperwork with one of them, the other two got started right away.
