Charged almost double and apparently they can't read because the boxes were labeled but the shed is empty and it shouldn't be. Everything is crammed into the laundry area and blocking the back door so I can't get out. Stacked boxes that said don't stack fragile and they stacked them and stuff. Now I have to sue them for the fraudulent services, damages and price gouging. They did not look for my cat! Each box was labeled as to what room it should go to.

HORRIBLE!!! Three guys showed up instead of two and I was reassured that I would not be charged since he was already with them. I was explained that since I used a Groupon they would not be making anything so they were only going to move items they thought would not go over . They left the glass to my tables at the other home. Three guys’d only moved my sofa, very small kitchen table and light weight and 4 beds!!! I was charged $460 for nothing!!! I still have an entire home to move after spending that much!

This was my second time using this moving service. I have a normal three bedroom home. Everything was packed and dissembled in advance. The first move wasn’t too bad. I used them a second time and it was the worst mistake ever. The movers were on time, however, they moved slow to extend the time beyond the 2hrs offered in the Groupon and then charged an additional $95 per hour plus $25 per piece of heavy items, washer, dryer.etc.
This moving company starts out sounding great but then dies. The woman on the phone knows what she is talking about. They are fairly new so they have good availability. The problem is the people who show up to do the move. As far as I could tell the men could not read English (and they were not of foreign origin). Boxes marked kitchen were placed in the spare bedroom after I had explicitly told them to put boxes marked kitchen or food in the dining room. Following directions was not a strong point.
TERRIBLE!!!! They charged me $105 over by not factoring in my initial deposit. I called the owner, on a RECORDED line... after showing him my bank statement where he took too much, he asked me to come to pick up my check, then when I got there, he refused to give it to me! Do NOT USE!!!

We do apologize about your experience with us. We explained to you when we got to your address that it was not safe for our truck to be parked in the alleyway with debris and 2 big dumpsters. There was not possible way we could pull our 26ft box truck in that location without damaging our truck.

The guys were great! I called to get an estimate on short notice for a next day move and Get Moving accommodations were excellent. They were professional in every way from the phone conversation, email estimate, to on time arrival. These guys were all about business. Moved our items from one location to an additional drop off and then to the final destination. Everything went just as they told me. I highly recommend these guys.

Chose this company because of a feeling of of confidence I felt immediately upon meeting. A feeling of someone that wanted to make a complex move less stressful and as possible and a trustful composure in one of the most stressful times in a "senior age category". Moving is not for sissies and one of the most invasive activities one encounters after living in a home for 20 years and packing it all up in a narrow window of time and doing it well.

These guys came out on a Saturday morning after we drove everything up from Joplin and just two of them unloaded our 20' truck and 10' trailer in less than an hour. They were professional, courteous, fast as a jackrabbit and we will be hiring them again to move everything from storage to the new house after we close.
