Always trying to add additional fees for insurance no matter how many times you show them you have coverage. This company has bought up several facilities in the region and has jacked up prices to a ridiculous amount.

Called because of a misapplied payment. The clerk had a terrible attitude and was condescending. They finally set up access codes but never told me what to use, so I was unable to get in, when I had gone. Appears that they are raising rates and forcing insurance, to pay for their upgrades, but not doing much for customers. In office, the service was just as bad, as on the phone. The gate system, is poorly placed and requires you get out of your vehicle.

My Grandma has recently just gotten a storage unit which was the same place my mom had her storage unit at but she doesn’t anymore!. But anyway they had spoken to my grandma about my OWN mother’s business cause they recognized her from the last name, that she had business with them before, which is unprofessional and disrespectful that they would need to start telling her business with grandma! Don’t talk about other people’s past business if you want any good business with future tenants!.
