On the surface, this place looks OK. After a while though, the rent increases substantially. Not the $10 or $20/mo of other places, try $100. Maintenance is rare, there are broken doors, a crushed locker, no door stops, and other routine …

We've been renting for 2.5 years and are paying over double the advertised rates. Requested a rate adjustment on several occasions, when we finally got a response from the District Manager, Steven, we were given a laughable deduction. I won't publicly post his email to us, but his customer service skills are alarming. I wouldn't have a job if I spoke to customers that way. We live out of state so switching facilities isn't easy for us but plan to as soon as possible.

The climate- and humidity-controlled units are a huge plus, and the entire property is always spotless. Leo and Henry are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility, give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!
