worst customer service experience ever. They not only broke my TV mount but they also shattered the screen and held my TV in their truck for 30 min attempting to fix it without my knowledge. Gluing the mount thinking I would have not noticed the fresh glue. The leader of the 3men - asked if l'd pay him on the side to fix my repairs/ which were unrepairable. Unprofessional, unreliable and Do NOT recommend.

We had a quote for 2 movers at $159 an hour. We had a small one bedroom apartment moving to a very close townhome. No big stuff and we wrapped everything. We got a mover and a man on his first or second day - a trainee. The seasoned mover had to help him with everything and try and explain everything every step of the way. Normally fine if you gave us TWO seasoned movers and a trainee and counted it as just two. It took them over six hours and the price skyrocketed to over $1000.

I was initially so impressed with All My Sons d.b.a. “New City Moving” They quoted me $190/hr for labor plus a $290 flat fee, and I paid a $100 deposit. The team confirmed all the details ahead of time, including my request to move over 10 pieces of artwork. They estimated a 5-hour move with three men, and on the day of the move, they arrived promptly at 8 AM, worked efficiently, and completed the move-out by 1 PM. The move-in process at my new home started at 1 PM and wrapped up around 3 PM.

Don’t not use this moving company!! I use this moving company Aug 13th. During my move one of the workers stole some of my personal belongings. I’m still working with All My Sons moving company for compensation.
You deserve the absolute best. We understand that moving can be an incredibly stressful experience as people move for many different reasons. At AMS, we know our customers come to us to alleviate those stresses.
Let me start by saying that the crew that Actually performed my move was absolutely great. Unfortunately, aside from the crew, I did not have a great experience. A few days prior to my move date, I was given a window of 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM and was told that I would be given a 30 minute heads up when the crew was on their way.
This company doesn’t even deserve a 1 star, horrible service! They recently moved my sister from a one bedroom studio & took over 4 hours to do when we already boxed everything & disassembled the bed. Not only were they taking their sweet time, the leader of the group was telling me that he usually will consider to side hustle if I pay him $45 per hour off company time.

Imagine your worst idea of bad customer service. Now, multiply that by 100. All My Sons ruined a great company (New City Moving) when they acquired them. All My Sons has a call center filled with people who lie, say they will call you back and never do, book moves that the company doesn’t have the resources to complete, changes moving times with no notice, and offers discounts (AARP, New Customer Referral) and then advises you at the end of the move that the discounts don’t apply in Illinois so your bill is…

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They gave me a very low quote at first to reel me in. The cost of my move went up twice because they said the estimator had made a mistake.... twice. My move ended-up costing me $2,000 more than I originally agreed upon and went from a one day move to a two day move. I rely on other people's reviews to make important choices which is why I felt I had to share my information. Look elsewhere for a mover. This company will only disappoint.
