Quick at loading everything up and friendly, but my kid's TV was broken in the move and then when I reported it, I was told someone would be in touch the next day to discuss it. Didn't hear anything for a week until I called back, they said the same thing that someone would be in touch the next day. Never heard anything.
We used this mover because the owner seemed genuine and customer service oriented. That all changed after we paid the 50% deposit. Please do yourselves a favor and Do NOT use this mover. Go elsewhere! I would give the owner negative stars if I could. Total Scam! We paid for and was guaranteed our own truck. The owner promised 3-4 day delivery turnaround but that was not the case. Also, we paid for and was promised our own delivery truck but the owner that did not turn out to be the case.
I originally published a positive review because I was asked to review them in the stop. I appreciated their willingness to accommodate the logistics with checking out and checking residential buildings. But today (a day after the move) I see multiple missing items. A luggage, a lamp, dual iPhone and watch charger. I haven’t gone through all boxes yet, I can’t confirm what else is missing. Really dissatisfied and disappointed!!
Scheduled a same day move on 7/18/26 from 2p-4pm and they NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Not even a call to tell me they are not showing up to move! As you can imagine this a nightmare for me a my family now!! DO NOT USE this service. I really feel scammed at the moment because they have all of my information and all my stuff is still in my old home!
This is a horrible company with lazy and racist movers. On my moving day, two men showed up at my home. The vibe was off as soon as they saw me and where I lived. They asked to see the apartment we were moving from and I showed them. After, the two men went back to the U-Haul truck and I didn’t hear from them for awhile. I went outside to my vehicle to see what they were doing. Both of them were sitting in the truck. I texted them to ask what was going on and they said they were waiting for the contract to open.
Review of Goat Movers – October 28 We hired Goat Movers on October 28 for a small, final move at the end of an already exhausting relocation. A $100 deposit was taken over the phone by debit card. No written estimate, contract, bill of lading, or confirmation paperwork was provided at the time of booking. When the movers arrived, they were dressed in regular street clothes with no uniforms and no visible company identification other than magnetic signs on the truck.
Do NOT use GOAT Movers. We used them to pack our house. They arrived without tape guns. They took a two-hour lunch and kept us waiting around for them. They didn't have markers to mark our boxes, we had to give them ours. They took statues …

Doku, Uli, and Muhammed were very communicative and moved very fast. There were many surprise tasks asked of them and they did so very graciously. I would recommend them strongly. Great service!!!!
