Originally left a good review until we received our items. First 2 of our high value items were damaged bedframe no longer raises or lowers, PlayStation 5 no longer works, and broke the screen on my monitor. Once the driver arrived he called 3+ times asking if specific items were ours as they were not properly labeled. also while unpacking we have items that are not ours and we are missing items from our storage room, an entire grill, and our entire bedroom closet including a full military dress uniform.

As a delivery driver this service is terrible. Very rude and unprofessional warehouse staff. Long wait times with cluttered unsafe dockyard.
Kind of sketchy that I had to do a virtual walk through but the person didn’t even have the respect to show me their face. Who am I talking to? Might as well show up to my house in person wearing a ski mask. Was then told I’m not allowed to seal any of my personal property. This company did not make me feel safe at all.

At Golden Services, we take these allegations very seriously and are fully cooperating with the investigation, which has not yet uncovered any evidence. The Team Lead discovered the bag and presented the weapons directly to the Service member.
The staff is great. The management is not. Expect your staff to be overworked, under paid and under appreciated. Remember to tip your movers.
The Packers and movers are the utmost unprofessional and very rude. The two of them did not even know how to properly tape box.

They were incredibly professional, courteous, and worked seamlessly as a team. What impressed us most was how careful they were with every single item. We had a great experience! Peter, Shane, and Vinny did a great job with our military move. Our carrier dropped the job last minute and they kept calling the office to see if a truck was available to help us. They were so methodical, quick, and took wonderful care of our things. They worked SO hard and went above and beyond to try to help us out. They were very kind and I'm so so grateful for all their help! Highly recommend them.
