Never use this company! NEVER! I hired this fraud company to move on June 29th. Because of this company’s deception and bad work ethic, my family had to pay mentally and monetarily. owner, (his name is Moses) attitude went from friendly and helpful to cold and uncompassionate the moment this job became his responsibility. Here are just a few of the things my family had to do to compensate for their laziness: (Include pictures) 2.
Everything was explained to you by rodney .You lied to us about the items you had .You didnt mention about the piano plus many more items that you had on the inventory list. The industry doesn't works that way. The crew worked very hard but you under estimated your move .
⸻ I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’ve hired multiple moving companies before and have never been charged separately just to disassemble a bed — they attempted to charge me $60 for that alone. I specifically requested a two-man team and a truck, but what I received did not meet that expectation. One of the movers appeared physically unable to move at a reasonable pace or handle heavy lifting, which significantly slowed down the process.
I do not recommend unless you have more days off in case they forgot your appointment. They were supposed to come today (21st) at 1pm. I don't have much to move. I texted at 12:30pm to make sure they were still coming. He said sound good. Then I waitedand waited. Now it's 1:34pm. He texts me and says you mean tomorrow. I said no it's today. He said tomorrow is the 21st I said no that is today. I told him to re look at our messages. He thought today is the 20th.
Booked 3 movers with Moses to arrive at a certain time, and confirmed my appointment with text. The appointment time arrived and nobody showed up. Moses claims that I did not “confirm” my appointment, but that is not true. I gave this company 3 different contact methods, but they never reached out. Take the advice of Moses and call a different company…to quote “it’s not happening” for them to show up at the scheduled time
Just avoid -- The owner Moses quoted me a price that explicitly did not include a transportation fee because the move was 2 minutes, and 10 minutes from their base location. But after being charged over $900 for a 2.5hr move, I called and asked for an itemized receipt, which he has not provided after multiple attempts. The workers were friendly, but Moses was absolutely worthless.
Use this movers at your own risk. While moving furniture they ripped painting off the wall, upon asking the supervisor Moses way forward he promised that a guy called Kenny would come back and fix the mess. But he suddenly fell ‘ill’ and he stopped picking my calls. They also broke a glass shelf and were fashionably late! One of the movers also smelt of alcohol.

I want to take this opportunity to write a glowing review about ultimate movers, Mosses and his crew of Merry moving men. They are on Time, Professional, careful, trustworthy and they get the job done. Mosses is fair when it comes to estimating a move, the time and the price of the job. You won't feel like he plans to bankrupt you on the way to moving to your new apartment or to your new house.
These guys are the Best! I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of reliable moving help at a fair price. Recently, I was approved at the last minute to move into a new place (woohoo!) — and suddenly found myself with less than a week to move the contents of TWO storage units into an apartment 20 miles away…all by myself…on a tight budget…while working full time (yikes) I wasted hours requesting online quotes from multiple companies… but the few who were able to fit me in last-minute were all crazy…
100% recommend these guys! They will work hard nonstop to pack your stuff up and get it where it needs to go. Literal life savers with the time crunch we were under. Trying to move ourselves would have been a nightmare and we don’t regret spending a single penny on this awesome team. So worth it. They are kind, funny, and extremely hard workers who are packing Tetris masters. Had serious doubts everything would fit into our 10x15 storage unit but they didn’t flinch, they were confident they could fit it.
Called Ultimate Movers last minute in the evening to see if they could help us the next day on getting 85 and 75 inch TVs moved from the U-Haul van into the house that we couldn’t lift. Moses was kind and reliable on the phone! Scheduling took less than 5 mins and he followed up thru text nicely. Price was alright and Moses and a crew member arrived at noon the next day and were friendly, punctual and quick :) We’ll be sure to call again when we need more manpower/muscle support haha 💪
