We had a terrible experience with this moving company. The lead mover arrived during packing, slowing everything down. The crew didn’t finish the job, overcharged for boxes, and ignored our detailed descriptions and said we had too much. Which was clearly stated prior to their arrival. They also charged more than the initial quote and tried to add extra fees. Items were damaged, but their compensation was insufficient. In the end, they prioritized loading empty wardrobe boxes over our belongings.
If I could give in ZERO stars that's what this company would receive!! DO NOT use them, not only were they 4 hrs late they arrived unprepared to pack out our stuff. They had about 2 small cupboards in the kitchen and the closets which all had hanging clothes and maybe a box or two of miscellaneous stuff. We were told we would be charged $95/hr and a minimum of 3 hrs.

Hi. This is Cirdan, owner of Puget Sound Moving. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our moving company. We communicated with your parents, who were there when our crew arrived, that your move would take 8 hours.
This company scammed me, and will not reply to my email that I sent twice. The pricing was different than what I was told when I booked the services. I was told $165/hour. When the moving people came they said that there is a minimum of 4 hours plus travel. I was never told this until day of service. I do not see any email communication either saying this in writing. We had to be out of our apartment same day so I didn’t have the option of cancelling.

They cancelled the DAY BEFORE I needed to move out of my apartment (my lease is up). I booked them 6 weeks ago. Their driver had a medical emergency today, and I’m so sorry for their driver, but they had no contingency plan. They cancelled and left me hanging. I had to scramble and call other companies at 3pm the day before I need to move.
Schizophrenic moving at its finest! I paid $10K for damaged furniture, lost fittings (because they broke down furniture not intended ever to be dismantled), and crushed personal goods full of dirt and gouges. What I got was a $1K painting …

A special thank you to Tami, our coordinator, who was truly exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions, and I had a lot! She communicated clearly via text, which made everything so convenient during a hectic time.

Puget Sound Moving company moved our entire house, including disassemble/assemble of furniture. They took great care to protect our belongings, were efficient and courteous throughout. The moving team took care to make sure they were placing things where we wanted them in the new location. Our move was completed in less time than estimated. They made our move as stress free as possible. Highly recommend this company!!!!

Friendly, efficient and motivated. From the estimate to when the movers left, everyone was very kind and patient with the chaos that is moving. Anything that needed protection was thoroughly wrapped and strapped inside the truck. The guys didn’t mess around or waste time. And they were very respectful of your stuff and your property! I’ll admit, it isn’t cheap, but throwing out your back is way more expensive!
