I just called this company to get an estimate for packing my home for a move. A young man answered the phone and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. After greeting him, I asked for his pricing on packing? He stopped me mid sentence and said what kind of packing-dishes. Tried to continue my conversation, but again was cut off with him trying to rudely explain his business. When he took a breath, I told him I understood and needed my home packed for a move. I then asked for his name and if he was the owner.
We deal with so many profitable customers daily SJ. You will have to be more specific about packing and provide an inventory of whats all need to be packed to have a count of everything. Just by providing information "the entire home" isnt enough detail for a potential move.
Absolutely horrible experience. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Didn't show up to scheduled appointments. Just all around waste of time. I tried booking with them because of their great reviews. My experience was next level horrible.

Mover never called 24 hrs before to confirm my appointment. Phone going to voicemail and had someone reach out to me to basically sabotage his business but he did that by not showing up on my move date now I’m in a bind and extremely sad and frustrated. Not reliable do not recommend! Literally cried all day because I had to change my flight etc.
Ahab We are not obligated by force to move anyone due to circumstances and other obligations that have to be met. Did you or did you not pay upfront a booking fee? Record shows that you never paid. Im a single member entity. I can not move everybody at one time utilizing one truck.
They were extremely unprofessional when moving my stuff across town. They made several suggestive comments, and made me feel unsafe in my new home. If you're considering this moving company, DON'T. Especially if you're alone.
And I don't even know who you are sir. And you in cohoots with Kloie. You were also there. I guess you made her do a bad review because she took a picture for us. She's smiling the whole time. And its posted on my Facebook. And Kloie is a black female .

My 21 year old was moving into her new home and I scheduled all my sons to come move a 2 bedroom town house. Unfortunately her aunt was a hoarder of sorts, so all my sons show up and say how did the washer and dryer get in her because it can't be taken out. They were referring to the narrow hallways but obviously the house wasn't built with the washer and dryer in it and she had just got them about a year ago.

My boyfriend and I were moving from our rental in Memphis allll the way to Hutto, Texas! Our biggest worry was budget and quality of the move and Golden Child delivered! Alex was very professional and polite and during the course of the loading/unloading his team were quick efficient and very careful moving our heavy furniture around. On top of that they had excellent attitudes and a cheery mood about them as they worked.
