I would normally write a great review. The guys were great and very polite. With that being said, I booked these guys because I needed to move. I paid a 50.00 deposit, which was fine and booked them for the 7th of December. A week before the move I received a txt from the owner stating we would have to do the 8th instead of the 7th. No big deal. I sent pictures of stuff in house to get a quote. I got a quote of 975.00 not bad was happy with that. So Sunday the 8th came around. They showed up an hour and half late.
Paid a deposit a week in advance to reserve my time and got confirmation from the company that my time was reserved. These guys never showed up. Nearly an hour after they were supposed to show up they finally responded to a message and said their truck broke down. I offered to rent a U-Haul truck and have their guys come and they declined. A week later and still haven’t received the refund I was promised on the day they were supposed to show up. This outfit is a scam.
We’ve had 100+ moves in a row with positive feedback ! We can’t do anything when it comes to mechanical issues. Appreciate you booking and I did refund you !
Broke my daughter’s bed set that I paid $1800 for. Only reimbursed $300. Did not put anything together. Did not finish getting all the things from our other house. Poor communication. Showed up 3 hours late. Said it would take 2-4 hours max and it took 6 and they didn’t even get all of our things. Always had great experience with advanced moving - so clearly I made a big mistake.
Mistakes happen, we did ask how much you guys paid for the set so we can refund you guys and 1800 was never mentioned ! We both agreed on a price so I don’t know where the confusion was. We did quote you on a 2-4 hour basis, but like your job there was a lot more than expected.
When they show up, they do a good job. However, getting a text that they need a solid nap at 2:30 and will come at 4:00 - then not show up, not cool. Potential to be a good business. Communication and time management skills need work.

I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving! Scheduling was quick and easy to get on the calendar. They communicated when they were on their way and arrived promptly. During the move, all three were super friendly, respectful and efficient! They were also very careful with all my belongings and moving them between locations so I didn't have to worry. I would 1000000% recommend them again.

To book these guys you just text them, it was way too easy. Every part of the process was too easy honestly. I told them what days I was looking to move locally and how many bedrooms. They didn’t ask a whole bunch of questions- just said no problem it’s this much per mover per hour plus mileage plus some fee which was reasonable. After 2 texts I was booked! They emailed a cost estimate and confirmation right away, and texted the day prior to move. 3 guys arrived on time in a moving truck. Good dudes.

These guys were great and quick. They took great care of my belongings. It was a hot and humid day and they never stopped nor complained. I am beyond appreciative that they are available in the area. They have their own things going on in their lives and took the time out of the day to make my move swift and smoothly. As I am not from the area and don’t have other ways to get things done. I contacted weeks in advance to get my moving planned it was very easy and fast to get my move on the schedule.
