Kevin, Roy and Jay were awesome! I had two claims and were submitted and even after calling several times and leaving messages 2 months later no response. Claims were torn mattress and missing iron scroll on dresser mirror.
All of the people that we spoke to prior to our move were super nice. Post move communication has been lacking. They moved my mom from Texas to South Carolina. My mom was drastically downsizing and was only moving her most treasured possessions. She had in depth conversations explaining that a particular grandfather clock needed extra attention. The movers were efficient with time and were very nice but were not super gentle. Darius, the lead mover, described himself as "a bull in a china shop".
Horrible moving service. This is my second time using Graceful moving service. We had three men help us move it took them so long to move the big furniture. My boyfriend and I moved all the small items, and it took them 5+ hours to complete the job. Two of our items were damaged due to the men being negligent and not wrapping all our items a leather couch was damaged and a vanity as well. We have reached out to this company multiple times e moved on July 3rd of 2023 and have not got a resolution yet.
The movers were asked to not go into a prayer room and one of the guys went into the room and opened drawers and cabinets. When asked why he went into the room he said he wasn't in there and then said he had to make a phone call. This was my 4th time using them and will never again use them. Very untrustworthy. Buyer Beware.
Very disappointed as they had come recommended by another couple. They damaged several pieces of our furniture due to not taking care and trying to move large swivel chairs with one person. They also didn’t read the directions on the move which caused me to have to stay in our home for an extra night without any furniture.
