These people are fraud. I sent them inventory list and they gave me quote and I agreed to it. Later, when they come they kept saying extra charges for this extra charges for that and were so rude. I specifically asked them if reassembling included and they said yes. But when they come they said they can’t do it. They just moved the mattress and took money and didn’t do anything else.
We take allegations of fraud very seriously, and we must respectfully clarify the facts. You scheduled an estimated two-hour move for a three-bedroom residence and provided your own U-Haul cargo van for transportation. Upon arrival, our crew loaded the vehicle to its safe and maximum capacity.
I'm not sure who all these 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from. I trusted them and went with this company. Believe the one star reviews. They were a no show, no call back, on the day of the move. They left me stranded at my storage unit …
If only a rating zero was an option. I highly recommend this company if your wish is to pack all of your worldly possessions for a long distance move, only to not have your movers show up! Movers were supposed to arrive at 9am. Called at 10 am and was greeted by to a lovely voicemail. Left a message and was gifted with a return call 30 minutes later from an incredibly dismissive man only to be told I would get a call back in 45 minutes with an “update.” 2 hours, 10 unanswered phone calls, 2 text messages and one…
I had my move on the schedule for weeks, and this company canceled on me at 6pm the night before via email because they overbooked themselves. No phone call, and no response to any of my calls, emails, or texts after that. We had made mountains of corresponding plans along with the move — childcare, taking days off work, moving delicate things to our new house in advance, etc.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! They cancelled our move from Albany to NYC at 5:15pm the night before!! They wouldn’t provide a manager to discuss with, said they’d have them call us back that night and no one called. It should have been a red …

Had these guys scheduled for a 9am start time on our move. Their movers didn’t come into work and they cancelled the move at 10am. Quoted us a reasonable price but what good is a price if the movers never show up? Go with another company
This company was contracted out from Heavens Moving, and couldn’t get the job done for the date selected/paid for back in May. It’s now July and I’m still waiting on my Refund. …

They are really great at communicating leading up to the day of the move and before they arrived. The only negative was that they were delayed an hour, but when they arrived, they were very professional and moved quickly.
