Was quite disappointed in our experience with this company. We were charged double the amount of the quoted move due to the company requiring to make 2 trips to bring a 1 bedroom basement suite to a storage unit. They made 2 trips to come back for a bed frame which was disassembled by myself though we were charged for it, and a love seat. We were told we would receive a larger truck for the move but did not.
Sarah, we are sorry you did not have a good experience with our moving company. Addressing your concern of the overcharged quote. The estimate and the final invoice total with the additional trip was not double the amount originally quoted.
Two guys showed up on time for the job; one actually worked (hard I might add) the other one was dragging his feet and spent more time choosing the lightest easiest thing to pick up and carry than he did anything else. He literally walked into a room and tested the weight of the box before he would take it or he’d opt for the brooms and mops that had been taped together and leave the box then come back and start the whole process again.

We recently used Great Little Moving Company to help us move all our furniture out of storage into our new home and we were blown away with the exceptional service we experienced. The owner and staff were great communicating reasonable quotes & arranging dates and the movers themselves were absolutely a joy to work with. They were punctual, efficient, hard working and completed a very strenuous long days’ move with great attitude and smiles.

Feb 2021. We have just completed our SECOND move using Great Little Moving Company. Once again they out performed our expectations. A crew of three that were happy to help, professional and very careful with our possessions. Highly recommended. Top of the list for movers for sure! July 2020. We would highly recommend this company. We called David with a request for a short distance move in Kelowna - with only a few days notice. His team was on time, very cordial, and very careful with our possessions and our home.

Updated...Jan 24... Still able to suggest these guys at times when I am not able to take on a job. (: I like to see the good reviews in! My review from some yrs ago... As another good moving outfit here in Kelowna...(Okanagan Packing and Moving), I do suggest these guys when I can as I believe in David, (formerly Davids Delivery), and only hear good things! I have also met him one time when I reached out while he was David's Delivery. A good guy!

I have now used Great Little Moving Company personally twice, and referred them to move two separate family members (a total of 4 moves). They were punctual, professional, motivated (even when my energy hit a wall) and they powered through without complaint (even when it started to snow mid-move). They took care of all of our possessions, being extra mindful of our fragile items and as such, everything arrived intact and without incident.
